We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and found the place very busy. The place was small and had six tables that could seat up to 25 people. Thankfully, we found an empty table, so we sat down and grabbed a menu from the cashier. My friend recommended chicken paratha rolls, so we decided to order four of them (two with green chutney and the other two with red chutney) and a chai. While waiting, we shared the chai. It was hot and fresh, with a blend of spices to warm us up. After a few minutes, the cashier called our order number and my friend went to the front counter to pick it up. The chicken paratha rolls were delicious- the chicken pieces were juicy and succulent, the chutney added a nice small spicy kick, and the paratha was soft, crispy and chewy. The portion size of the roll was large, so I was only able to eat one (and took the other one home). If you are in the Scarborough area, I highly recommend checking this place out!

The space is quite small but there are tables and chairs to enjoy your meal there. Another positive is that it was quite affordable at $8.95 for a roll, definitely a good snack.

Consistently delicious food with great prices!…read more The daal ghosht (lentils + lamb) is my favorite dish from the place. Long simmered lentils with lots of lamb for the buck and the springy refreshing taste of ginger spiked throughout! Recommended with a soft and aromatic naan which they do very well. Can't go wrong with the kebabs either, both chicken and beef seekh were great. As was the goat biryani, done Lahori style, so fragrant and flavourful!

Since I wasn't there for a meal so I only ordered their Gulab Jamun (4 pcs, $5.99). It tasted and full of sugary goodness as expected. I also ordered a pop ($1.75). The customer service was good. The vibe is simple and clean. They can comfortably seat 18 people. There is one little table outdoors for 2 people. Another diner, who was there, was familiar with Pakistani food. She said the Garlic Naan ($3.99) is amazing. I could see it was large for $3.99! She also ordered the Chicken Jarahi (5 bone, $23.99). She said both were delicious. They also do catering. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There are separate male/female washrooms downstairs so they are not wheelchair accessible. There is paid and free neighbourhood street parking. Review 2025-143

Culturally,  a Chachu is one who ensures the younger ones in the family are fed, happy, and taken care of. The female staff member, Hadia, was very personable and helpful. I ordered a bowl on rice ($12.99). The staff was nice enough to offer me half Chicken Tikka (yellowish in colour) and half Tandoori Chicken (reddish in colour). The Tikka is mild spicy, and the Tandoori is medium spicy. Both were good. There was a little bit of chopped vegetables. I also ordered a drink dessert called Falooda ($6.99). The thick drink is a mix of creamy milk, rose water, vermicelli, basil, and raisin. Three scoops of vanilla ice cream were added on top. The vermicelli is either made of flour or agar. This is nice and surprisingly not too sweet. There are 4 large tables and 18 chairs. There is outdoor seating during warm weather. There are 11 locations. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. There are no washrooms. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2023-118
