I was recently in the area and was looking for a place for late lunch when I stumbled on Karahi Boys. Decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did! The vibe was relaxed with some nice mellow music playing in the background, and the service was great. The food was delicious and very fulfilling. The restaurant has a family friendly vibe, so I did stand out a bit as the only solo diner in the whole restaurant haha, but that didn't take away from the experience. Overall, a great place for a tasty meal - Would recommend.

Great experience! Friendly and attentive service despite being totally full. Food was delicious, full of flavor and we had items that could accommodate all levels of spice tolerance. We had goat karahi, fish, bbq and of course the family naan and tried some of the other specialty naan, plus wraps for the kids that didn't want spicy heat. and If you have enough people to try and share several dishes it is an added plus to experience the variety offered. Ambience was festive, clean, and comfortable. Special shout out to all our servers, names in photo

Came for a late dinner, got a Karahi and bbq with their famous naan. It was very busy when we arrived late, bonus points they are open late. The kabob was delicious, the Karahi of our choice was possibly not the best option. I wish I had known it was going to be that spicy. It was incredibly spicy that I had to ask for additional yogurt. Wish we knew or it was stated on the menu spice level. Unfortunately, tried so hard to enjoy until we couldn't handle the spice, we hardly ate it. The naan was fresh, the food was alright.

The food here was incredible and the service staff was very friendly. We were helped by Saru, Rahi, and Aasths whom were all wonderful. Also the decor and ambiance was very warm, welcoming, and stylish! Def coming back

Menu website was hard to reach. They have 5 friendly staffs all over the place. Family naan is much better than others.

Kboyz chicken karahi and butter chicken were both a HIT!!! I love that the butter chicken was not too sweet or tomato heavy. The spices were amazing and everything was incredibly flavourful. Garlic naan was nice, hot, and fresh! Service was fantastic, everyone was nice and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Went here on a friend's recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised and a bit disappointed! Prepare for lengthy analysis! We ordered the: Potohari Chicken Karahi ,Charsi Goat Karahi, Garlic Naan, Family Naan, Garden Salad and a chicken Biryani. The chicken karahi was pleasantly surprising because the recipe is similar to what my mom makes and it was especially decadent! I didn't expect it to be so good! We ordered the garlic naans and the family naan but I only really had the garlic naan which was amazing and I was full from it. Also had the chicken biryani but they didn't use basmati rice but seemingly jasmine rice which made it a lot drier than it should be. The goat was where I was displeased. The curry was underwhelming and the meat cut was also done cheaply. Lots of the pieces had fat and low amounts of meat. There was also no bone marrows which was shocking to me since I expected it, maybe I shouldn't have? Not sure. But yeah I definitely recommend the potohari chicken Karahi. I tried a bit of a friend's mocktail as well and it tasted good too!

Came here on a Saturday evening and it was quite busy! Because of that the service was quite slow, but once we got our food things took a turn for the better. We got the Half Kboys Karahi with a Family Naan, which was absolutely amazing! The dish was so flavourful and the half serving was enough for two people (and then some).

Popped by here for a quick snack, and got the potohari which was a creamy lemony type of karahi. Food and naan were great, service was good, and I liked the interior which was cozy and spacious. I'd definitely come back here to try other dishes!

KARAHI BOYS Pakistani dish, freshly roasted sacs of almost a meter in length, served with stewed chicken and lamb, one bite into the soul, so satisfying! CHICKEN KARAHI and GOAT KARAHI are two signature dishes with similar flavors, but the lamb is more tender and rotten, very tasty. Family naan is the big naan in picture 1, it's so flavorful, it's a carb bomb, it's great with karahee! GARLIC NAAN is in picture 5, also very good, garlic naan, those who like garlic will love it! Drinks MANGO LASSI Figure 6 is his signature, MANGO SHAKE Figure 7 is also good, these two are good to drink, you can try! The grilled meat is average, not as good as Chinese kebabs. Others are good, the portion is very large, suitable for going with friends!

The I Heart Butter Tart Concrete ($6.49) that I ordered was a little too much for myself. I did decide to go through and finish the ice cream / sundae just so I don't have anything to go. The interior of the place was properly though out and well designed. Self order stations are available to order from and the ordering interface is one of the better systems I have seen. When I dined in early afternoon on a weekday it was a rather slow day. There were a couple of Shake Shack employees constantly roaming about the premises ready to attend to any customer request. 1 such employee was thoughtful enough to serve me and a group of other customers some water. I have mixed feelings about the bathroom setup. Yes, it is clean and there were a few toilet rooms available, but it requires a code to be entered prior to using. The door screen shows as vacant but an employee still needs to give out the 4 digit code needed to access the toilets. I also found some issues with the water faucet sensors. It is inconsistently picking up my gestures resulting in an unreliable and unsteady flow of running water when I was washing my hands.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 4/5 Food: We had our office holiday dinner here and 15 people attended. We did a set menu which had 3 courses. The first course was Labneh with bread, hummus, & beef tartare. Second course was Lamb pide & pear salad. Third course was grilled branzino, middle eastern fried chicken, black truffle rice, and thrice cooked fries. Then there was dessert which was chocolate mousse cake & baklava. Because of my many food allergies the main server for our table was very attentive & specific in asking me what I wanted as modifications. For example I got a wagyu beef pide instead of the lamb. Every dish was really delicious, presented well & quite filling. I couldn't eat all of the food. Though I tried almost everything. Service: The pacing of the dishes was quite masterful. They really paid attention to when the food was going to come out. As I mentioned above the main server was very attentive to my food allergies. I really appreciated that as some restaurants aren't as attentive. The food was served family style so everyone could take what they wanted from the serving dishes. The dishes were served in little bowls along the tables with each bowl serving about 4 people. We had asked for one long table so it was a little snug. But we made it work. Ambiance: For dinner the lighting of the space is really dim. LOL. I would have appreciated just a little bit more light. The restaurant is in an old building so to use the washroom you had to go down two flights of stairs. The dining area is small also. But it's a pretty space. As mentioned above we asked for one long table to seat 15 people. I was expecting square tables but it was a bunch of small round tables pushed together. So the tables were really crowded with food from all the dishes. But the servers made sure to take empty serving dishes away as soon as possible. The music was a little loud for me so I had to yell to be heard. The place was packed though. Everyone at our table enjoyed the food, the service & atmosphere. The restaurant is close to Roy Thompson Hall & the other theatres nearby so it's a convenient location as well. It's too bad this place is only open for dinner. I would have loved to see how they would operate a lunch time service. In any case, Byblos was amazing. I would come back here again to try other dishes! Note: Some of my pics of the main dishes didn't turn out so it's mostly desserts that are pictures

Opening Special ($6.99) x 2. For the BYOP, they didn't warn me it was medium spicy. I can handle it with a cold drink! The shrimp and penne were perfectly cooked. I loved the rose sauce. My choices of broccoli,  black olives, and mushrooms worked well together and with the base. The Opening Special was delicious; the Mac n Cheese part and BBQ Chicken were really good! Unfortunately, the BBQ was mildly spicy, and my son didn't like it; more for me! The customer service was good. It took them a long time to prepare the food (there were many orders prior to mine). The soft-boiled egg was also really good, slightly sweet, chilled, and very flavorful. We also tried the Spicy Red Miso ramen, which was not actually very spicy and leaned a little sweet. The broth was pleasant, though my teammate felt there were so many onions and green onions that they covered some of the miso flavor. The chashu, however, was excellent, with a really nice balance of lean meat and fat without feeling greasy. The takoyaki was classic and well done, crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, with generous pieces of octopus inside. The karaage was also very solid, crispy outside and juicy inside, with a seasoning that had a clear ginger and cooking wine aroma.
