This place is a banger ... and I know bangers…read more Put it like this. If my mom cooked this good I would have never left the HOUSE. Amazing steak and yellow rice with abichula. Food was amazing after a 3hr hike at el yunque ! Service was fast! We ate outside and as a storm passed and got to enjoy good food and vibes.

A good sized parking lot and they have indoor and outdoor seating. We were greeted by Abnier who was our server and bartender. He told us inside was extremely hot, it would be better to sit outside by the fan- which we did. We did peak on the inside and it was lit up nicely and they had a tree right in the center- which was pretty cool. Abnier was very kind and attentive. We had gotten passion fruit drinks, which were delicious! I might say the menu is extremely limited and a little different tastings from what I'm used to when I come to Puerto Rico. I got the fried cheese with guava sauce underneath it was pretty good. Overall I liked my meal, the meal I originally wanted they didn't have, so that was a bummer so I just got the appetizer as a meal instead, so I was still hungry right after the fact. But it would've been nice to sit inside and enjoy it. Would I come back here probably not. But I did enjoy my time.

Frankie was our waiter - very friendly and attentive. We got straight to ordering which included a couple of things including Truffled Mushroom Pizza ($24), Truffle Fries ($14), Shrimp + Grits ($32), and a few others. These were the most notable. The pizza was great, but could've used slightly more mushrooms at that price point. Service was excellent all throughout, and they have a very attentive team.

Had dinner in the patio after a long day in the rainforest and then beach. Ordered the wedge salad,…read moresalt and pepper calamari, smash-burger, and a couple of desserts. The wedge salad was fresh, but could have used more bacon and blue-cheese crumbles. The salt and pepper calamari was also tasty and cooked perfectly; it was served with a lemon aioli. The smash-burger had two patties, and standard fixings - lettuce, tomato, and a sauce. The plate came with season fries. We also ordered dessert. We ordered the pineapple upside down cake, which was amazing. The cake was super moist and buttery. We also ordered pistachio ice-cream, which was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. They also split everything and brought extra plates. Reservations are encouraged because this place can get busy. There is a take-away window so you can still enjoy the food! Enjoy!

Sama was so good that we went twice during our Puerto Rico trip and honestly, I would've gone back…read morea third time if we had more time. This is a smaller, more intimate restaurant, so definitely make reservations ahead of time because seating is limited. But from the second you walk in to the moment you leave, the service is absolutely incredible. The staff makes the entire experience feel so warm and welcoming that you genuinely don't want the night to end. Huge shoutout to the chef because every single dish was executed flawlessly. You can tell that every detail on each plate was intentional and thoughtfully done. The standout dishes for me were the elote ribs, which were unreal, the grilled octopus cooked perfectly tender, and the ceviche con leche de tigre, which was bright, fresh, and packed with flavor. But the real star of the night was the whole branzino absolutely phenomenal. And for dessert? Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the options. We ordered one of each for the table and genuinely could not pick a favorite because every single one was that good. Hands down one of the best dining experiences we had in Puerto Rico.

Not going well for a Saturday night fine dining experience, right??? We were also told at that time we had to place appetizer and main orders at the same time -- keep in mind I've not yet placed a drink order... No seafood tower... it was retired on the menu yet we came almost 3,000 miles for it), and a fine dining menu that came super far from even being close to fine. No celiac options and while billed a great option for fresh inventive dishes, we found this place a huge let down and not willing to try. The front end staff needed a lot of help. The menu looks unrehearsed and neglected. I was glad to not spend my money here. Thankfully, we could leave before the $50 bottle of wine we ordered arrived. We went elsewhere!
