I got the can and brie gluten free sandwich. It was really good. Lots of flavors and the bread wasnt to dry.

Honestly, this place had a lot going on for it--thats why we came to visit. Feel like they had a great set up for the shop inside the mall and striking food decor (see hanging cured meat). Branding and menu, was on point as well. Don't take away too much from this average review, they were good sandwiches at a reasonable price. The sandwich I had here WAS DELICIOUS. I had the Spicy Italian and it definitely lived up to it's name. I had it on the brown/multigrain bread and I asked for light aioli (not that I don't like some good mayo, but sometimes sandwich places just put WAY too much on and it ruins it. I'd rather have too little than too much). The meat and cheese were nice and spicy, so much so I had to pull the red onions off of the sandwich because it was just way too much heat. Speaking of heat, if you don't get a spicy pickle on the side (which is a giant monster of a pickle sliced in half... and you get 3 halves, so it's a pickle and a half! And since I love pickles I was really psyched about that) you don't deserve to eat here. I went on a Friday evening after 7:00 pm so the mall and food court was very quiet, I only had to wait a few minutes for my sandwich. The only downside is the price, it was more than $12.00 for the sandwich (not even a foot long) and a pickle which is definitely not food court prices. Will I be back? Absolutely, you can't keep me from a great sandwich, but I won't go back as often as I would like because for that cost I may as well go to a sit down restaurant where I can have a cocktail with my sandwich. read more

Having celiac disease it's always a struggle to find anything to eat (let alone any place willing to accommodate) but this was an entirely different experience. Having a "make your own" option and willing to change gloves in case of possible cross contamination, the service was just incredible. It's so weird to feel normal ordering something when there's usually the awkward question of: Can I eat this? Anyways, aside from the fantastic service, the food was amazing, tastes delicious and didn't skimp out on dressing. Overall such a great place, I can't recommend enough. read more

Real good. Had the Spicy Italian which came with a very generous meat portion. Very tasty and just the right kick. The spicy macaroni was also very good and indeed spicy. Needed to wash it down with some of their excellent Vanilla Bourbon iced tea. A very unique treat. The pickles were awesome too. A nice standout in the mall food court. When you work in a mall the food choices become like horrid tv reruns. Today I stretched out my walking legs and made the journey to the other end of West ed to get my sandwich on. Today's choice was the Banh mi from Chachi's. Bread was soft, brisket was saucy and flavourful although slightly lacking in texture, could have used more jalapeños and less pickled carrots. 8 out 10 would sandwich there again. read more

This is my new go-to WEM food court place to eat. I've had a few sandwiches here, but the Pork w/ Mac is tops. Imagine a soft warm ciabatta bun, tender and flavourful pulled pork, and creamy, dense mac and cheese rolled together. YES PLEASE. It's heavy and on the spendy side for food court food ($11 for the sandwich and no drink/sides), but SO DELICIOUS. They have this new seasonal sandwich (Cran + Brie) that's smoked turkey, brie, granny smith apple slices, arugula and cranberry chutney that is also excellent. The Hot Philly one was also decent. I want to try the Banh Mi sandwich next! All the sammies are served nice and warm! The fountain drinks are also A+++. Cherry Iced Tea and Georgia Peach Lemonade. They are great on their own, but I love mixing them! I'd get a drink here even if I wasn't hungry for food. So good. They have salads too, but I have yet to try them because the sandwiches are so good, I keep on wanting to try another one on the menu! read more

One of the best sandwiches I have eaten in a long time! I ordered the Clubbin' (bacon, turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, garlic aioli, and spicy mayo) and I have to say that it was scrumptious! The ciabatta bread was fresh and warm. My sandwich was made right in front of me, so I knew that the ingredients were high quality and fresh. The only thing that stopped Chachi's from getting 5 stars was the price. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, but are a bit on the high side. Drinks and sides (dill pickle kettle chips) can be added to your meal, but there are no combo options. read more

It's rare that I get five star excited about food court food but WOW these guys really know how to make a sandwich. I had their club and everything on it was so unbelievably fresh. The bun was warm and I honestly thought they might have just come from the oven. Apparently all the ingredients are locally sourced as well which gets them bonus marks in my book. If you want to add extra delicious goodness I highly recommend adding a cherry iced tea to go along with your sandwich. It was really refreshing and not overly sugary like Lipton's or Brisk. To second Matthew L though it would be nice to see them add the option to have a small side salad to make some kind of a combo deal. Still though it was one of the best experiences I have ever had wandering through a food court looking for quick eats and I can't wait to return. read more

I've been here four times and ordered four different sandwiches, and each of them has been amazing! It's a bit pricier than other places in the food court, but not by much, and it's worth it for the quality of the food. I went once with my friend who can't eat gluten, and she ordered a GF sandwich and also said it was really good. This is the only place in the food court I go now. read more

This is probably my favorite sandwich shop in Edmonton. They have amazing bread, even their gluten free bun is unreal. A great pre made menu plus make your own options. The Cajun sandwich is my top pick and they can modify it for allergies. They also have big pickles for sale! A must go to spot in West Edmonton Mall. read more

Waited just under 10 minutes for my friends and I to get service, we were the only people in line. Had to yell into the back to get someone to notice us. Normally love the food but after it took 20 minutes for my friend to receive Mac n cheese and an iced tea the rest of us decided to go elsewhere.
