CHACH is a great breakfast spot in Ptown. They usually serve the best coffee, today's was sorta weak! It's strange that, while we were eating, our waiter stopped at our table and encouraged us to eat at another restaurant in town where, apparently, he also works. read more

This is a tiny little place that was great for breakfast. We had to wait about fifteen minutes for a table to open up for the six of us. But once inside, it was warm and hopping. There was a steady hum of conversations going on all around us. Our server, who didn't give us his name, was pleasant and efficient. He was a little busy to spend a lot of time at each table but didn't rush us at all. He took our coffee and tea order, returned with it right away and asked if we were ready, we were not. He said to let him k ow when we were ready. When we ordered he double checked that he got it all correct and was off. Then he returned with coffee refills. When the food came it was delicious. I had some sort of Mexican omelet and some had the special omelet and other La went with traditional egg Benedict. Everything was delicious and despite there being a line to have a seat no one rushed us. This is definitely a place I'll return to. read more

Bacon cheddar omelette was full of bacon and cheddar. Coffee was strong and fresh. Wait time was bearable and I enjoyed talking to the others who were also waiting outside for a table. We were excited to be able to go back to Chach now that she has reopened her full menu with indoor table service after the abbreviated Mexican covid take-out menu was in place for a while. Today, however, we went in with our two year old grandson and ordered breakfast and looked forward to a terrific meal. Anyone who has a toddler in their life knows that they sometimes need to be asked to quiet down or need a little redirection. Our grandson is actually very well behaved in restaurants so when Chach herself came out of the kitchen to reprimand us for our grandson's behavior, telling us that he was becoming "a problem", we were completely taken by surprise. Immediately, we were made to feel unwanted, unwelcome and uncomfortable. The people at the next table were equally taken aback and told us that they thought Chach was being totally obnoxious. She behaved in an unkind, hostile way and obviously doesn't like kids. We have taken our grandson to some of the finest restaurants on Cape Cod, in New York City and elsewhere when we travel and have never experienced anything similar to the reception we just received from Chach. Sadly, we will not be going back to Chach which had been one of our favorite places in Provincetown. read more

This was by far my favorite brunch/breakfast in PTown! I wish they took reservations because it is a bit far from the hustle of commercial street and our hotel, so we had to Uber here...and thankfully we got there RIGHT before the rush, because a lot of people looked like they weee waiting a long time. We sat at the counter and had the friendliest sever, i can't recall his name. Drinks were delicious and the food was AMAZING. I'm still thinking about the home fries that came with the Benedict. Both of us got different Benedict's and both were to die for. SO good. Will definitely 100% come back when we are in town. It's also a cute little diner! read more

They have eggs, benedicts, pancakes, french toast, huevos rancheros, and more. There's a large dining area, and also a decent size counter with stools. Check out their menu, you will definitely find plenty of delicious items. We both had eggs benedict's, and were served beautifully cooked and tasty eggs on Portuguese sweet bread. The hollandaise sauce was so delicious. With a side of hash browns, the red skin potatoes had a nice paprika flavor. Coffee refills were non stop, and the friendly service was appreciated. Had the Quevos Rancheros and loved it. The wait staff was attentive and funny. A short trip away from downtown but worth it.

Evan was my server and he was so much fun. I told him we had never been and made great recommendations for our meal. He was very attentive and bubbly just like our drinks PS. Located on Shank Painter, Chach is a bit of a walk since we were staying on the east end - but worth it for a yummy breakfast. One of the specials not listed on the regular or "chalk board" menu was chocolate chip banana pancakes. I gave in and ordered those....absolutely delicious. I could barely finish one, so if you can't eat 2 or 3 very rich pancakes, ask for the half order (or just a single pancake). The other breakfast was huevos rancheros - great reviews there. I tasted the concoction and I thought it was delicious. We also had a watermelon limeade (which can be ordered as an adult beverage as well...with vodka) and I absolutely loved it. (It was too early for vodka....at least for me it was...). Our waiter was awesome...super friendly and helped me pick my delicious carb-laden meal. The initial seating experience and "welcome" was a bit less friendly, but our heavily tattooed server made up for any initial weirdness. read more

Original and super tasty goat cheese butternut squash empanadas, gorgeously flavorful enchiladas, burritos, tostadas, and protein packed salads. Amazing salsas and sides. You can even get Mexican beers and their famous margarita mix to go (....so we did! Just add tequila!) Everything is served hot and with exceptional care. A handy place to come for breakfast in Provincetown if you're driving, as they have free parking. We were staying in the east end, so finding this on Yelp decided to pay it a visit as it looked easy to get to. The free parking definitely helped in that decision, as parking can be a major expense in P'town. Chach is a friendly and welcoming place, and seemed to be full of locals both times that we visited, which is always a good sign. I opted for the 3-egg omelette with mushrooms and veggies, which with the home fries on the side proved a tasty and filling breakfast that kept us going well past our normal lunchtime. read more

This morning for my birthday we went to Chach for breakfast. It was WONDERFUL! From the spectacular service (sorry we didn't get our waitress's name) to the large delicious portions, we were more than satisfied. The coffee and water seemed to refill themselves, never getting totally empty, the food was hot and tasty. Highly recommend the (huge) blueberry pancakes! The best breakfast place in Provincetown! The only days that we do not go here are when it is closed. Best Eggs Benedict we have ever had. The Hollandaise sauce has a perfect lemony flavor unlike the more mustard taste of Cafe Heaven. Blueberry pancakes and French toast are also excellent. Everything we have ever had is first rate and at reasonable prices. For lunch the sirloin burger is the best bargain in town - huge, tasty and cheap. The staff is friendly, efficient and keeps things moving. And they have parking which is always a bonus in Provincetown. read more

Nice spot for brunch/breakfast on Shankpainter. Tidy small restaurant with very good wait staff. The kitchen can be a bit slow. Excellent vegetarian options. Parking on the side and front. The main entrance is not wheelchair accessible, but there is a door with a ramp to the main dining area they will open. The restrooms are clean & wheelchair accessible as well. I've stopped in on two Sundays, one early in spring, one in June, closer to the busy season. Service was very professional. Our meals on both visits were very good. The huevos rancheros were particularly good. Coffee/decaf/water was refilled regularly. The room can get quite loud when it's full. read more

More of a 3 1/2 star. I liked the ambiance. Kitchy. Great logo on their sign. I like a simple breakfast. Everywhere I go I get 2 eggs over medium, rye toast bacon and potatoes. BEST part was the bacon! The eggs were borderline over easy with the yokes super thin and running and the whites just past the point of luquidy. My toast was perfect but mark's English muffin was under toasted. Potatoes are the one thing I am very picky about and constantly in search of the perfect batch. potatoes were wonderfully flavored BUT way undercooked. This is common for breakfast potatoes and very dissapointing. Service was terrific! Kind, not imposing but attentive. read more
