Despite sending photographic evidence showing the controller had not been damaged he decided it suffered from wear and tear (despite it being pointed out that the item was 3 weeks old). I was told to get a 3rd party to validate the lack of damage. GAME is awful if you have a problem with product quality; it's very much 'computer says no'.

It is always worth checking the prices, because you would think that if you buy a game secondhand it would be at a cheaper price than the same game new, but this is not always the case, especially when they have special offers on their new games. You can also trade in your old games, so if you play one and complete the mission on it, you might decide to trade it in and get something else. Or you might trade in a game that you got given for Christmas, but can't stand.

The shop is spacious and while items are not stacked in the most user-friendly way - a knack for reading sideways comes in handy - it means that a lot can be fitted in without making the shop feel cramped. Likewise if you sell anything to these people they will buy it way below market value, you are way better off using eBay. This is how they actually make a profit of course but I'll say it again - you as a customer are way way better off using eBay.
