The stickers saying what network they're locked to were wrong on two of the phones I bought they need to check their phones more thoroughly. got my son a Samsung phone from here and Christmas morning we find out the touch screen isn't working properly what a disappointment. won't be buying phones from here anymore till they actually give them a proper check before selling them. The upside to this place is the staff are extremely nice and friendly. They work really hard to fix the issues so the customer service is amazing.

Despite sending photographic evidence showing the controller had not been damaged he decided it suffered from wear and tear (despite it being pointed out that the item was 3 weeks old). I was told to get a 3rd party to validate the lack of damage. GAME is awful if you have a problem with product quality; it's very much 'computer says no'.

You can also trade in your old games, so if you play one and complete the mission on it, you might decide to trade it in and get something else. Or you might trade in a game that you got given for Christmas, but can't stand.
