The pricing is really good value for what the contract includes. The woman I dealt with this time was really helpful and polite, but the previous time we had a man who rushed us along and wasn't very polite. the majority of the staff are really friendly. The carphone warehouse stores are quite small but nice and tidy, and very easy to understand the deals and pricing they have. I would reccomend it to people looking for phone deals that include a free gift.

I've bought a few phones from this place and had them misplace my sim card and my memory card when…read moreswitching over one of my phones which after a frantic search they found after I almost went home with the wrong sim and memory all of the phones I've bought from here which would be 4 at this point I've had to take back because there was something wrong with them. The stickers saying what network they're locked to were wrong on two of the phones I bought they need to check their phones more thoroughly. got my son a Samsung phone from here and Christmas morning we find out the touch screen isn't working properly what a disappointment. won't be buying phones from here anymore till they actually give them a proper check before selling them. The upside to this place is the staff are extremely nice and friendly. They work really hard to fix the issues so the customer service is amazing.

Good place to shop for games as well and if you sell to them for store credit, you get a good uplift on the price as compared with what you get for cash. A pleasant experience, and a good way of turning old games into either new games or cash. Recommended.
