So I don't mind the delivery being pushed back, however the customer service provided by individual May is awful. My original shipping date was 12/24, then it got pushed back to 12/28/2021, and now I just got a call from May that it got pushed back to 1/3/2022 due to snow, which is understandable. When I asked May what time is the estimated delivery again so I can mark it down in my calendar, she responded "I already told you it's between 1 - 4 PM". She assume everybody has a notepad or something to write information down right away. Then I asked her if there is a note put in or if she can make sure someone call me 30 minutes prior so I can organize some time out of work to be there for the delivery. She communicated "you talked to an automated message yesterday and we call 30 minutes prior anyway". I know if I talked to a person or a machine. I talked to a lady a day prior and she wasn't rude like May. She communicated that we only delivery to the doorstep. I communicated "duh, that is what I'm trying to be there so my mom doesn't hurt her back trying to move the item since she is in her 60's". She then implied I'm being rude and hung up on me. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced, they have called three times to schedule a product I ordered and the the product isn't even in their warehouse. I'm most upset is the first time they were to deliver I took the day off and waited......until they call an hour before the delivery was suppose to be here and said we can't deliver today we don't have your product yet, are you KIDDING me!!! Absolute worst customer service. Have been waiting for a bed for weeks and it keeps getting pushed back. Not only are we waiting for the bed but we are waiting to move into our bedroom so our house is a cluttered mess waiting for them. in the last week The customer service informed me that i will be called upon 30min ahead. It is important because they only deliver during office hour and i cant be away from work for the long hours of window they provide and i certainly did not expect that after paying 100 bucks for the delivery. I was supposed to receive my order but they could not find my house, I called gave them directions, rescheduled the delivery for several days later, no delivery, no call despite seeing the truck in my town. I send them an email with my concern and they claim they will be back to deliver in another 4 days. When you call the Seattle CeVa no one is there to pick up your call, it just rings and rings and rings. This has been the worst delivery experience I've had so far. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent delivery service company I have ever worked with. They have messed up my delivery multiple times despite calling and emailing the local and national offices. After CEVA botched the first delivery attempt, I took a day off of work to make sure they didn't mess up the second delivery attempt. Much to my dismay, not only did they not show for the second delivery they rescheduled the delivery for another day without notifying me. It has been over a week since I originally contacted CEVA to schedule this delivery and it will probably be another week or more until it actually shows. Here's a review for people who took a day off for the "scheduled delivery" (like myself) but no one showed up, no one called, no message/email - nothing. You must wonder - what happened? Well, I called the retail store that I purchased from, and they pointed me to this website to track the order http://www.homedelivery.cevalogistics.com/Home.aspx , which is a bit different from their official website I found on google. While the official website says it's scheduled to be delivered during a time range I selected, the website above shows that it's still in another city. Here's the lesson: don't trust the scheduled delivery that you picked. Just track the website above to see if it's delivered to the department of your city that day. If not, the item is still in transit and you won't get it that day and you need to reschedule. I called the number 8442150640 to reschedule the delivery this week. Also called the local facilities 2532884000 to confirm the delivery. Terrible! They were supposed to deliver a mattress to me between 8-11am and then never showed. I called Amazon and then they contacted CEVA. They didn't have the decency to call me to tell me they were going to miss the window. So then they said they would reschedule for later in the day and still missed the window. I've had TWO unfortunate experiences with this company. I have never chosen them as my delivery company, it was selected for me by the company I ordered items from; one an Amazon order of a TV shelf and the other a couch via Fred Myer. BOTH times the company never contacted me until after the delivery date. BOTH times it was only after complaining I'd not heard from them. They do a horrible job. I can't believe they're still in business, or that any seller would want to use them. As mentioned in a previous review, this is not a company you choose but a third party who facilitates the delivery of your item. I purchased a large item from Costco 10 days ago. Ceva called initially to schedule a delivery. I promptly returned the call and was greeted with laughing and what sounded like chewing of food. I was put on hold for 3 minutes (perhaps so the person could finish their lunch/conversation) and was told the item would be delivered Friday. I came into work the next day and had another message from Ceva requesting that I call. When I called, same thing, "we need to schedule your delivery"... They again confirmed the Friday delivery. Friday came and went. I called on Saturday and reached an "afterhours" service. They said they would pass on the message. I was away from work Sunday and Monday. When I came in Tuesday.. guess what?!?.. another message asking to confirm the delivery. When I called for the 4th and final time, I was greeted by some lip-smaking, gum chewing idiot that kept saying my name backwards (presumably because she didn't know why the comma was there). Been waiting on a package ordered on amazon for two days. When i ordered it i choose a delivery window because i had to be home to sign for it. This company changed the window without notifying me. Then they failed to deliver during the window they changed to. When contacted the following day they said it would be at my house within 2 hours.. That was 4 hours ago. Terrible. White glove service for an 80 year old - NOPE. They dumped the box inside the door and declined to provide any unpacking/set up/trash removal that was clearly marked and paid for. Ceva Logistics service center refused/was unable to reschedule or provide the service. Escalated the complaint to the local office manager with no response after 5 business days. Service center suggested I contact Costco ASAP. Costco also interfaced with Ceva but were unable to resolve. Now I'm working with Costco to get a refund on the white glove charges. read more

Just like almost all other reviews, I had a horrible experience. I decided to order a Christmas tree through Costco and it was shipped using CEVA. I ordered on Nov 21 and it had an expected delivery for Nov 26. I checked the tracking information on Dec 1 because I had not heard anything and discovered that it was just sitting in Seattle. I thought this was good because it was close so I waited and when I still didn't hear anything I checked again. They had updated the status as to make it look like it had just arrived that same day even though it has been sitting there for days. I started making phone calls and was assured that I would have my tree by Dec 6. Today is the 6th and still no sign or contact for the delivery. I was able to call the Auburn branch and spoke to a woman who could really care less. She said that she would schedule the delivery for Dec 10th but after reading all these reviews and their BBB rating I just canceled my order through Costco. Why risk it? It is a bummer that we are forced into dealing with these kind of companies. read more

Terrible terrible terrible! If I could give negative star I would. I ordered toilets from Costco and I was informed Ceva will deliver my shipment. My original appointment was on Friday, I had my old toilets removed and scheduled a plumber to install it. I got the email from Ceva said my shipment was delayed on Thursday and rescheduled to Tuesday. Ok, I got it, things can be hectic. We had to use the guest toilet in basement. The other 2 toilets on main floor were removed completely for remodeling so 4 of us had to share 1 toilet. My husband took half day off work and waited for the delivery, no one showed up, no phone calls, no emails or whatsoever. My plumber charged me 1 hr for that waiting time. I called the company 5 times and finally got someone on the line, she said the shipment was delayed and someone supposed to call me but he didn't ( are you serious??? We were waiting from 9am - 1pm). Again, my appointment was rescheduled to Thursday. I was so upset that our plan went South and we had to pay extra for their delay without any notices. AGAIN, noone showed up on Thursday!!!!!! I called hundreds time and not even one person pick up the phone. At this point, I am DONE with them. I love Costco but I am so disappointed when they use such a terrible logistic company. CEVA Logistics...unbelievably horrid! COSTCO delivery...not delivered. Ordered large, $2800 item, "no window of time can be given for the delivery" as per CEVA, so I took the entire day off without pay. JUST before lunch a blithering girl that sounded like she was 10 called to say, "Um...we aren't delivering to you today." I waited for a few seconds expecting a logical explanation...nothing! When I finally asked why, she giggled and said "we just can't". Knowing I would get nowhere with an inexperienced person I asked to speak to her manager..."both are not available." I called Costco and canceled the order forcing CEVA to return it. I WILL be calling in a few minutes to re-order the item stating that CEVA cannot be used for shipping. If Costco states that is their only shipper, then I will be sure and return the favor by scheduling a delivery date, and NOT being home to receive it! "Oops...I'm sorry to not care about YOUR schedule!" Then I will wait a day to return CEVA's call, then cancel the order. If Costco won't choose someone different, I will order elsewhere. Elliptical was suppose to be delivered between 3pm-7pm. It's 9:45pm and item is still "out for delivery". We received no e-mail, no phone call, and no update on tracking. There is no one in their office for 3 days, so I can only assume we will have no elliptical for a mysterious amount of time in which I will again have to stay home for a 12 hour block of time with another no show. As bad as it gets. Ordered a TV thru Costco on 6-5-16, today is 6-23-16...still no TV. They are difficult to reach and unprofessional on the phone. They have put us off with "we will call back to set up an apt for delivery" twice now. They set up a delivery day...with a 7 (!) hour window last Saturday and then no show, no call. Of course they were unreachable once the window time went by. Monday the only thing they could tell me was that "lots of peoples stuff didn't get delivered that day, sorry...we will have to call you to make a new appt." They have yet to call. Cancelling my order thru Costco, as I expected them to crack the whip on Ceva and get this handled, but they have not. read more

Honestly, we must have lucked out. The day after placing an order for a new TV with Costco I looked up the shipping status and was taken to the CEVA website to set a drop off time. At the time I was a bit disappointed that the first available was 5 days away...but I called the location and they were able to bring it the next morning. Very Poor Service. The company, Ceva Logistics, scheduled on 11/29/30 promised delivery of a Costco order on Tuesday, 12/3/13. They stated that the delivery team would call 30 min prior to delivery. I never received a call. Ceva Logistics (253) 288-4140 did not answer their phone for 2 days. I called Costco to complain of the missed delivery and the inability to contact Ceva Logistics. The Costco representative tried calling and could not get through either. The Costco representative informed me that I would get a call within 2 days from their conflict response team. Later Thursday afternoon I was able to speak to Ceva Logistics and the representative stated that they did not have my delivery on record. I informed her of the original scheduled delivery. The lady scheduled a delivery the next day Friday, 12/6/13, between 10am and 2pm. I was informed that I would receive a call 30 minutes before the delivery. Again, I did not receive a phone call, and the order was not delivered. Considering that Ceva Logistics has been contracted by Amazon and Costco to deliver their customer's orders, there is a real customer service disconnect with Ceva Logistics!!! Where to begin. We had two pieces of furniture set to arrive. Two pieces showed up but only one of them was ours. Ours was 4 states away. We have been calling for over a week now, and there is zero concern from their end. They say going to be here in a couple of days, but I'm not confident. A complete garbage company. My order showed that my item was at this facility and I had to call them, not them notifying me, I had to do the research myself. After scheduling a delivery date with a rep who was difficult to get in touch with, I was called the night before and they told me they "mistakenly" thought my item was on their truck but it turned out it wasn't. They tried to schedule another delivery date only on a Tuesday or a Thursday (idiotic) and I told them I work full time so that's impossible. After all that they told me an agent would be in touch with me sometime in the next week to schedule a delivery, then out of the blue I get informed that the package has been lost and the company I bought it from doesn't have it in stock to replace it. I have never been more disappointed in a delivery company. I ordered my table on November 18, and it was supposed to be at my home on the 27th. Originally I received an email saying I needed to call to schedule my deliver. I originally waited 1 hour, 2x with the main agency who told me my package would be delivered on the 27th and no signature needed. They told me they couldn't schedule my delivery because there was no need to since the signature wasn't required. The third time calling (after my package was 2 weeks late and I had already filed a complaint with Overstock where I purchased my product from, the customer service told me I needed to call the local office. I called the local office on Wednesday December 5, and the woman told me I didn't need to schedule, it would be out for delivery Thursday the 6th. It is now Friday the 7th and still no delivery of my table. Do not use this company! read more

This is a company which Amazon used for delivering my TV. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. I got an email from CEVA saying I should call up to setup a delivery appointment. I called up to schedule for immediate delivery. However they said they serve my area only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. So I scheduled it for Saturday between 8 and 12 PM. They sent an appointment reminder on the previous day(Friday). I woke up early very excited to see my TV and was waiting since 7 AM. It was noon and no one called me and no one showed up with the TV. I called up CEVA and I got a very annoying response from the guy who answered saying that the delivery guy did not pick up my TV and it was not in their delivery list. I explained about the reminder email but he said I need to wait till next Wednesday or Saturday. Though I explained its tough for me during weekdays to take off from work, he said there is no other go and hung up on me. He was rude. The company did not do good work at all. I rate -1 for them. I chose a delivery time and window when I ordered from Amazon, yet then I kept getting calls from CEVA telling me that I need to confirm a delivery window... what's the point of selecting it from Amazon then??? I finally got the date/time organized and we received an e-mail saying they would call 30 min prior to deliver, this didn't happen and my wife was pulling up to the house and saw the delivery truck pulling out of the driveway. The delivery person called me and said he tried to deliver and nobody was home, I explained to him we didn't get a call and he said he didn't have to do that and wouldn't turn around even though he could still see our house and someone was now home since he was just too busy and had to drive 30 min. just to get to our place. CEVA's customer service told us that their drivers do not work for them and can do what they want, that is a direct quote. I wish Amazon would select a company that would relay their type of customer service, Amazon did their best to make it right giving us a discount and promise to investigate the complaint further. I'm sure it won't go anywhere but I hope the experience I've had and others on this site will give Amazon a reason to switch companies. read more
