But they took the time to really talk to me. Through that convo we diagnosed the issue! It turned out my roofers didn't set the new attic fan to the right setting. Rich fixed that and also explained how to troubleshoot issues for future repairs. He told me what can be fixed and what can't. Super honest guy. The owner came first and was very nice. He later sent two of his workers to do the video sewer inspection. They also couldn't have been nicer. However, they got it completely wrong!!! *There was a huge crack in the pipe which they failed to find during their video sewer inspection. *They insisted the sewer line ran to the front of the house when in fact, it runs to the back of the house. That was $350.00 down the drain (pun intended). Based on this, I would not recommend them.
