This is a little place and you need to know about it to find it. There is no big sign in the shopping center. I will preface with I am not a big gelato or hard ice cream fanatic I much prefer soft serve but this place was recommended. The gelato is all handmade and very fresh. The flavors (I tried four) all tasted very vibrant but for me this is just too sweet. I could barely finish the small size I ordered just because it was too sweet for my liking. Fresh gelato made daily by the sweetest, most hospitable couple. The banana sorbet made with fresh bananas was outstanding and the cappuccino gelato was equally creamy and delicious. You can choose to split your cup into 2 flavors, or 3 flavors, if you get a large. We also had the French vanilla and Oreo which were both great. Clearly the other reviews agree that this place is a gem, I only hope it's not too hidden that they are not able to be discovered and supported by the community in both the on and off season. I wish I took photos but man the gelato here is something that would take you to Italy for the brief moment you enjoy it. Traveling to Naples on Vacation from New York, we stopped for lunch at "The Hampton Social" which was also fantastic. The sweet tooth I had wasn't satisfied and I looked for another place. The Gelato place caught my eye. The rich creaminess and flavor in each bite was fantastic. And the husband and wife running the store were fantastic. They were kind and I wish them the best. I hate writing bad reviews, especially for local businesses. I only do this when the experience is just not good at all. With quite a few excellent ice cream, gelato, and cookie/yogurt places in Naples... Cesibon desperately needs to up its game. Went here last night. First off, it felt like the AC wasn't working. Secondly, the place looks like it hasn't been updated in 60 years. Just very old and "pink" inside. Not a fan of the decor AT ALL. The pistachio was 100% watered down because I think a part of the freezer wasn't working? It also had a very bizarre taste and I LOVE pistachio. The dark chocolate almond was nice though. However, what really irked me is that for $8... they didn't even fill the cup AND its cash only which really pissed me off. No one likes to pay credit card fees. So here's an idea... charge the added fee or build it into your price. Don't make people go to an ATM next door just to get cash to buy your gelato. This is 2023. NO ONE carries cash anymore! New cafes don't even accept cash these days. This means your business is archaic and your m making your customers do an extra task just to support your business . But I'm not suprised. Everything about Cesibon was outdated. Like I said, if you're going to charge $8 for a medium gelato at least make sure your freezer is working properly and fill the cup. read more

Initially after reading some of the reviews... I walked into Cesibon saying NOoOo thanks PISTACHIO. But I caved...because I beat to my own drum(stick). #icecreampuns I got a Tri-flavored gelato: Pistachio, Salted Caramel, and vanilla The Pistachio flavor had incredible flavor, and despite other reviews, tasted exactly like pistachio. It was by far my favorite--I just wish there were some little crunchy, chopped up nut pieces. The salted caramel was also delicious. But wasn't quite the flavor I expected. It had more undertones of butterscotch than caramel. Very reminiscent of Harry Potter Butter Beer... so you can't go wrong with that. Maybe a little drizzle of caramel and a finishing garnish of whole sea salt would help enhance the flavor profile. The Vanilla tasted similar to a Madagascar Vanilla bean. An authentic vanilla flavor. The gelato is then finished off with a little waffle crisp. Buttery, crunchy, golden deliciousness. read more
