I stopped in to get a quote on a full outside detailing and paint sealant treatment so that my brand new car paint can get some level of protection from the elements so that it lasts a little longer than usual. I dropped off the car in the early morning and about five hours later it was all done. Even though my car is still pretty new (only a few months old) the paint still popped and the team here wiped down any of the black plastic panels my car had with some cleaning stuff that also made those sections pop! For what I paid I'm happy with what I got and if this type of service helps my car paint looks newer longer then it's worth the small investment at least twice a year. I'll certainly be back to maintain the sexiness of my whip!

As for lack of attention, he put the new sticker showing my due date next to my old sticker, instead of removing it. Then, when I tried to pay for my oil change, I was informed that there was a surcharge for using a credit card. This is against the law in New York state. Never again, never again. This place does not value customers, is horribly understaffed. As an added attention to lack of detail, the windows you can look through to see the cars being washed were coded with an obscene level of grime on the inside. As a result, you couldn't see clearly the cars that were being washed. If it's that filthy in the room that they're washing the cars, how clean are the cars getting?

The whole thing was set up as a surprise for my fiancé and it could not have gone better. Our driver (Shane) was extremely professional and courteous. We were driven around in an immaculately maintained white Mercedes CLS 550. Logistics for this day were super important as I planned to propose to my girlfriend / fiancé, and was super OCD about all the details but things went so smoothly I could not imagine it going any better. Would highly recommend them for anyone that needs a limo service in the tri-state area!!!

Hot as hell and the AC in the back of the van was not working, the driver's was. Everyone was sweating profusely. My wife almost passed out. Emailed them on the way back and got a nasty, yelling phone call about posting a review, when I hadn't. Owner then proceeded to give our driver, who was good, a hard time about not knowing how to use the AC. I refuse to communicate with her any more as I don't think you yell at customers especially after they just buried a loved one. I should be thankful that I didn't get billed for overtime, considering her driver had to stop for gas and made a wrong turn and a 10-15 minute detour. She said she is fair...she didn't bill for the extra time. Next time if I want to spend $840 to get heat struck, I'll fly to Florida. Choose wisely, this was a mistake. Never once was there an apology or accepting of an issue, just a lot of yelling and refusing to accept responsibility.
