And I have recently noticed that they haven't done some thing like wiping down the cabinets in the kitchen in a long time, if ever. I also found that they cleaned the counters around countertop appliances, rather than moving them to clean the whole counter. --Occasionally rooms were entirely forgotten or a bathroom would get cleaned, except for the toilet. The first time this happened I called the owner and got a credit. It happened a couple more times after that. Overall, I would like to give them a higher rating, because the people are very nice, but the quality of the service was a bit uneven. From what I saw, the crew worked well together. They behaved and communicated in a professional manner while at my fiancées home. When a problem arose, they jumped on it to resolve it quickly. When I expressed concerns, they were addressed in a professional manner and Chris, Brie, and Matias were always attentive and aimed at providing a positive experience. Chris owned all aspects of the job from start to finish. He took ownership for his crew's performance and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the service. He is a small locally owned and operated business owner. His team did a great job and I am very satisfied with the results. I would use their services again without hesitation, and I will actively refer them to friends and family. Jobs do not always go smoothly. For me, it is not about If mistakes are made, it is about the resolution and final product. Standing by your work, taking pride in your team, and doing the right thing seem to be traits in small supply these days.
