Now that we are finished with our renovation, we wanted to let everyone know about our great experience. When other contractors said the project would take close to 6 months or more, Glenn gave us a timeline of 4-5months and would be working solely on our project. This was important to me to find a contractor only focused on my job! That is Glenn! He was right on schedule and we often saw him working at the house on weekends! He was able to obtain permits very quickly and get things done when they needed to be. Glenn included us on every decision and treated our home like It was his own from start to finish. He was very professional and easy to work with and all the subcontractors and my interior designer thought so too! He made himself available late at night and weekends to answer any questions we had. And; even though he is "done" with the house, I am confident when/if any issue arises, he will he right on top of it! I still talk to him often as am learning the ins and outs of my house (pregnant and during the pandemic). Inspections were passed without any difficulties making the end of our project seamless for me- at a very hectic time (beginning of Corona)! After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! The day of delivery I got a text saying the installers would arrive between 12-4 .I called the store to see if they could help , but THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD/ WOULD DO . I called the installers who had no problem with my request . The installers entered my kitchen , pulled out the existing microwave , cut the calking around it , then told me that the moldings of my cabinets were detaching , and they could not be responsible . Also they would not be responsible for my tiled backsplash . NOTE: This microwave has been replaced before with no problem, with the same backsplash , and the same cabinets . The installers reeked of cigarette smoke. They called the store while in my kitchen , took dozens of pictures, never unpacked the unit, and left, but they had the store on speaker, and I could hear myself being berated , criticized and finally dismissed for my simple request ! There are plenty of appliance stores , so my advice is to avoid Yudin's . BTW, all my windows are open because my home reeks of cigarette smoke and the bad karma the installers brought with them !

I got 3 estimates as I recommend anyone do and his was the lowest especially considering what he installed. Their finish carpenters were the best pros I've ever encountered. Pantheon recently sent a carpenter, back to our home, to repair a folding door that they hung. The door had been manufactured with three (3) undersized hinges. They replaced the hinges with the correct ones and re-hung the door panel AT NO CHARGE! Okay so perhaps maybe, but no one told me when I made the purchase. My advice, when you get delivery, ask the driver to wait, open up all the boxes, remove all the packaging, check the item and all the parts. Not sure a delivery person would wait for that but that is what I was told to do. Oh, and the district manager told me that I got the right item for my project. Hmmm, is he using my bathroom? Does he know my design? Does he know what I need? Don't think so. I was offered NO compensation just, sorry, but this is your fault. Love a business that blames the customer. From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.
