Tony came to my house to check the cause of my snow melt in my basement. Before entering my house…read morehe noticed my yard sloped downward towards my foundation. He said that is the cause of the snow melt getting into the basement and recommended landscaping vice foundation work. This would be a huge saving for me as the foundation work would be tens of thousands of dollars. I greatly appreciate Tony's professionalism and honesty and highly recommend him and his company T K Mason for similar stoneworks at your residence.

There is nothing worse than looking at your chimney and seeing pieces of brick falling out. This…read morewas happening with our chimney and each year, the problem got worse. It was only a matter of time before it would crumble completely. Time to get it repaired. Unfortunately it was too far gone for a repair so a complete tear-down and rebuild was necessary. I received a few bids but I leaned towards Tony because of his positive reviews on several review sites. That and the fact that his bid was very competitive. Also, TK Mason did not ask for a percentage of the payment to accompany the signed contract. Some companies require a payment up front before the work begins and the remainder of the payment due at the end of the job. This was the deciding factor for me. There were a few delays, thanks to our rainy Spring weather but once a clear day was forecast, Tony's guys showed up and started work. They worked on my chimney all day, ripping out the old one and building a complete new structure. Their attention to detail was impressive and their brickwork expertise definitely showed on the finished product. They cleaned up nicely and left me with a chimney that will most likely outlast the rest of the house. I've posted a photo of the chimney taken while our roof was being replaced.

I couldn't be more impressed with Charles, Karson, Alex, Tony L and crew that worked on putting my…read morebasement "in the dry." From start to finish, they went above and beyond every expectation. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. Their communication and professionalism were top-tier. What truly stood out was their work ethic. Despite the cold and snow, they showed up on time, focused, and determined. Weather that would slow most people down didn't faze them at all. They completed the entire project in just three days--fast, efficient, and with excellent quality. I'm genuinely grateful for the care and dedication they put into my home. If you're looking for a team that's reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things right, this crew is the one to call. Highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing!! If I could rate more stars, I would!!!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews regarding Everdry before I signed a contract. They installed drain…read moretile and a sump pump in December 2025. I had a representative come out and check water seepage near the north wall where drain tile was placed. Water is seeping through cracks that appeared after cement cured when it rained. The agent said wait until there's a "normal rainfall." Then see what happens. All basements get water from flooding in Wisconsin. They definitely sing a different tune after the work is done. An alternative is to have them drill holes in floor and simulate a normal rainfall. Also left a mess in the yard. But the project manager added a sign off sheet saying they were not responsible for any damage to the house. I am sure the warranty has limits in small print regarding "normal rainfall conditions." I'm a senior and would like to redo my once finished basement, sell my house, and find a maintenance free condo. I feel really taken advantage of by the sales staff. They're a piece of work. I'm thinking of legal recourse.
