New I went into Brookdale Honda for a car fob replacement…read more The service staff did a nice job, being pleasant and efficient. However, afterwards for days I felt harassed by the car salesman who kept calling or leaving text messages asking when I wanted more information about buying a 2026 Honda. I had never inquired about a new car or spoke to anyone about a new car. This guy insisted I did. I again corrected him and mentioned I was feeling harassed by him. He finally said, "This is what we are supposed to do." I replied "so you lied to me, because I never did ask about a 2026." I was informed this is a promotional strategy. I have never seen this before by a Honda dealership. I hope lying and harassment isn't part of selling a new car. There are other great Honda dealerships out there.
