Gene at Ceravolos ripped my son off. he sold my son a Ford Escape for 3k. a week later my son is getting his car checked out and we find out there is over 6k in repairs. My elderly father had his Buick towed here when it wouldn't start and left him stranded in a parking lot. He had had the same issue twice previously and had already spent about $2K between a mechanic in VT (where he used to live) and Brustolon Buick. Buyer beware : went in for bad breaks they installed a clock spring instead. We were visiting Mystic, drove up from New Jersey and our car had severe shaking with the breaks acting up. Instead of fixing the brakes, they put in a new clock spring for $478 which is for the horn and air bag. When we called to politely dispute the charge, asking for a few hundred refunded, the owner ( Nick) basically yelled at us for 15 minutes over the phone. If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would use it. HORRIBLE service. Got nailed on the highway from behind, tow company showed up and I told themand I would not need a tow. Guy proceeds to put my vehicle up on the flatbed and tells me it will be towed somewhere over the Gold Star....I live in Rhode Island. So I tell him if he wants to tow it, I will pay to have it towed to Rhode Island to which he responds he was supposed to be off the clock at 4:30 and is not driving to RI. Why even show up? Has his boss call me to feed me some bullshit about insurance companies like I don't have a brain....long story short the owner is a DO*CHE and the CT state police had to get on the phone with the owner and tell him to get a grip and take my car down. EVEN THEN they made me give a credit card number to charge for a tow I NEVER USED. Even the police said they were horrible and should be taken off the list.
