Routine maintenance has been fast and efficient, even including a car wash. A recent visit for a bearing issue, while initially met with polite skepticism, was handled quickly and without any issues with my extended warrantee. Then came my GPS issues where the unit would intermittently lose its location: four visits later, and requiring me to needlessly update the map database, they finally did replace the unit, but then didn't update the map. (which, on this model/year subaru, is a real pain at best). So aggravating as this may have been, they do stand by their work, and routinely do a fairly thorough inspection without trying to upsell any unnecessary work. I will certainly continue to use them for all warrantee work.

Well, we had an issue that came up lately and repair would be a few thousand to fix. Luckily we had the warranty and all we will pay is the deductable. Was very surprised that the Service Department had our warranty on file. Of course I still had the original paperwork when I bought the car, including the warranty. As that is the type of person I am, keeping all those papers. Making me rethink my idea on extended warranties. I did not buy one for my latest new car from last year. But will consider it. Just my own experience, buy here at your own risk…read more In 2012 I purchased a 2007 Jeep Patriot which became the worst car I have ever owned. Days after I got the car the door locks were not working. They took about a week to fix it, which means I had to leave my car unlocked everywhere I went. They sold me a warranty for 3years/36k miles for about $3,000. Useless. Within months the car suspension was making funny noises, they said everything was "normal." I took it to a shop and they said it was the ball joints and the warranty would not cover them. A $300 fix. One morning a year after that and about 12,000 miles driven the car would not start, I went to them and explained them what was happening and asked if the warranty would cover whatever was wrong with the car. They said it might cover it but with don't service cars. I mean really?! They sell me a $3,000 warranty, which they probably got for $1,000, and they can't back it up?! And how about that big building in the back with a big sign that says SERVICE DEPARTMENT?? Again, I took the car to a different shop and they told me the starter went bad and that I had to pay a $250 because the stupid warranty would not cover the whole bill. Since then I am in about $5,000 in repair costs, and a car that is worth half of what it owes. I will NOT BUY HERE again and I will NOT RECOMMEND it to anybody.

After the last failed fix resulted in a collision they swapped the car out.... and guess what, within a few weeks a check engine light comes on.
