Carlos is knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely cares about his customers and is looking to create lasting business relationships - he's not just looking to "get the sale". He was responsive and thorough at every interaction. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 2. Car buying doesn't have to take all day. When the Business Manager knows what he's doing and isn't looking to sell you something you don't need or leave you waiting to make you "sweat it out", it can be incredibly painless. Bo Cranick had everything ready to go, was well prepared and is an expert at what he does. Again, thorough, kind and genuinely cares about his customers and the business. 3. We've got free oil changes as part of our purchase and I will gladly drive to Valenti to do it. We were introduced to the Service Team and felt like valued customers. What should have been 2 days ended being 7. (Delayed repair prevented me from spending time with my daughter's fishing). When I went to retrieve the vehicle the service writer (Steve) again made excuses but did come clean on the fact the sevice mechanic failed to provide the expected diagnostics. The experience was extremely disappointing. I expected Valenti Ram service to do better. The first vehicles was a Jeep Patriot and everything was great with the vehicle until after the warranty ran out. All of a sudden it needed $4,000.00 worth of suspension work and it was dangerous to drive according to the service tech. We also get from the dealership that this is a problem with the Patriot so we decided to trade it in and we purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Fast forward to 2024, warranty expired, 2 payments left on the vehicle that has less than 50,000 miles and my wife brings it in for the "complimentary oil change". When my wife gets there she mentions she feels a bit of a vibration once in a while and can you check it out and please rotate my tires. The service advisor comes to speak to my wife and this is what the "ADVISOR" or whatever person tells her( and its also on estimate invoice). "Brake pads are at 8MM but rotors are warped with rust ridges and rust on the backside. $1,350.00 plus tax. Driveshaft bearing leaking from input transmission estimate to replace is $2,025.00 plus tax. Rear shocks leaking $589.00 plus tax. Estimate total $3,964.00 plus tax. What a coincidence, close to $4,000.00! So my wife, just absolutely amazed at the outcome of an oil change, tire rotation and "Multi Point Inspection ask for the video walk around of the issues as Valenti did in the past and was told "we don't do that anymore". Asked for pictures, which she did finally get, but was told they were on the techs personal cellphone and she couldn't get them. THEN, she was asked when she wanted to schedule the repairs. My wife absolutely refused to schedule, explained she was going to discuss with me, her spouse, and we would go from there. Then the "scare" tactics begin-your driveshaft may fall out, your brakes may fail, yada yada yada. She told them to get me my car as I am leaving. They also said they test drove the car but my wife never seen it leave? Teleportation, super secret entrance/exit nobody can see, underground tunnel? SO....we brought the vehicle to my mechanic and he will be looking everything over and HIS estimate for a complete brake job is $500.00 cheaper before even taking the wheels off. As far as the vibration I wonder if Valenti balanced the tires before rotating? BOB, you lost a customer and I wouldn't advise anyone to use their service!

Now before this I seemed to have been handed off between four different people ranging from Internet sales to sales and sales manager. I didn't care who showed me the car as long as I was able to test drive it. Received several texts and email reminders about the test drive. Took time off to make the appointment but when I showed up the main person I was dealing with seemed to be busy with another customer. They had me go to a new sales guys who very recently had joined their Hyundai team. He came from a different dealer and a different car company so I was a little critical on if he would be about to answer my questions. Sure enough I seemed to know more about the vehicle than he did. AND for the test drive he told me due to insurance purposes we could only make right turns. I looked at him and asked what about Highway driving and he said no. I voiced my displeasure in that as I needed to see how the car performed on the highway. Just about that time the other guy showed up and said that yes we can go on the highway. Now before we started to drive I wanted to know about some features on the dash such as the camera. New guy didn't know, the other guy showed and didn't know but said he'd look it up but wanted me to leave for the drive. Got the impression they wanted to rush me out on the test drive. Oh, so before I showed up and in all my correspondence with them I referenced a specific vehicle by number. When the new guy went to pull the car around (should have been ready when we got there) he couldn't find the car. Took him at least ten minutes of looking. When he pulled it up it wasn't ready to be shown. Still had all the plastic on the seats and boxes in the back. I was disappointed as I wanted to check out the third row seat but couldn't because they hadn't set the car up. Other salesman shows up and takes boxes out of the back and has me look but it was rushed, so much so I forgot to sit in the third row seat as that was one thing I wanted to do. Overall probably the worst experience I have had on seeing a Vehicle I wanted to buy. Complained later that night to the manager. Listed what went wrong, but the price was good and I wanted the car so the lower part of my email talked about a couple more questions and coming back to the dealership in a few days to perhaps finalize the deal. Appears manager only read the first few sentences of the email and not the bottom part where I was going to come in. So needless to say, I kept looking and found a more hospitable and friendly dealership with the same vehicle and at a lower price. So I purchased from them.
