Ray is a master repairman. After the dealership and another local repairman tried to convince me…read morethat the only way to keep my car running would be through a complete (and totally unaffordable) engine replacement, I was lucky enough to discover Car Connection in New London in the online yellow pages. Although severely shorthanded, Ray kindly agreed to check things out on my Toyota, and doggedly stuck with the issue until it was completely repaired. I consider myself beyond lucky to have found him. Ray Suarez is an incredible, dedicated, honest mechanic and a gem of a person! Also always impressive to find someone who isn't trying to rip you off for the big bucks. Ray is the best, I could not recommend him more highly. He has gained another loyal customer!

I would come back from my shift and it would be waiting for me. Now I no longer work in the area, but I continue to bring my cars there, even though I'm 45 minutes away. I don't trust anyone else with my cars. The total trust was built when I brought my truck in for corroded gas lines. The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. I ended up scrapping the vehicle. Another thing I love about them is if you need an oil change, you don't need an appointment, you can stop in and they will drop everything to take care of walk-ins. I HIGHLY recommend this family run business to everyone! Annette Gordon
