Blake did a phenomenal job on the driver's side carpet of my vehicle. I had a 2 quarter's length size hole in my LX 2016. It was for a very fair price and believe or not, it literally took him a few mins to fix the hole and 30 min for it to dry. You literally can not tell anything even happened to the carpet. This is literally without exaggeration. I'll be posting pictures as well. He and his mother were very welcoming with amazing energy and great customer service. Btw it was raining on Sunday and he was nice enough to still do the job in the rain at their home. I'm really happy I chose them for the repair. They've been in business since 1982 and fun fact they drive their truck to dealerships and do repairs for them. If your looking to repair any upholstery on your vehicle look no further. I got my 21' Acura RDX A-Spec last month and wanted to get ceramic tint to protect my red interior. I went on Yelp and got quotes from several shops and Artistic Vinyl Repair had the best price around! Luis responded to any questions and concerns I had. I dropped my vehicle off and he got in done quickly! The ceramic tint came out perfect with no bubbles. I asked Luis about his other services he offered specifically about ceramic coating. He explained the process he does and the different options he had for them such as the 1, 3 or 5 year coating. My car was fairly new and the previous owner didn't take care of the paint as well as I would have so there were swirls mainly on the hood. He said before he ceramics, he washes the car, clay bar the entire vehicle to get rid of the impurities in the paint and buffs out any major swirls. My car came out amazing and I was smiling ear to ear! I fell in love with my car again. Luis is a good guy and he WILL take good care of you. I had a tiny scratch on a bezel of my car and tried to repaint it with the same color. He was very confident about the job so I asked him to repaint although it was pricey for the work. ($150) He finished the painting in aboutn10 minutes include drying, but I was disappointed because it was not the color I expected, although it was a poor color match I accepted that since there is no same color. However just after a month the painting got chipped due to poor finish. I asked him for retouch since it happened in a month. But he blamed me that I am too sensitive about it. Huh?
