He did great work on the tear in my vinyl and while he was working I was able to glean a modicum of his massive breath of his knowledge as he explained the process. It was very apparent to me that he loves what he does and has no shortage of work. During the appointment he had people calling and asking if he could repair their cars as well, his response, "send me a picture and we'll see what we can do". There were some indentations in the backseat of my car from a previous owners car seat and he told me that that can also be fixed, and then give me this little tip tip, " if you're going to put a car seat in the car your kid is not tall enough to need the floor mat, take the format turn it upside down carpet facing the chair and place it underneath the car seat so that the car seat doesn't in dent the interior". Someone slashed the driver's seat yesterday, 2 clean cuts from side to side. (no idea how they got in, no other damage, nothing missing). This place is INCREDIBLE! I had been looking for quite awhile for a place to do the ceramic tint on my 2023 Tesla Model 3 and most places were extremely expensive or they didn't take the time to either call back or explain the process, or just didn't seem to care about the customer, until I called Artistic Vinyl Repair and spoke with the amazing, kind and knowledgable owner, Luis! For one thing, he has a strong and commanding voice that really exudes confidence and pride in what he does. He has a voice for radio! Lol. I love it! Anyway, he quickly gave me a very fair quote and answered my many questions right away. He was SO on it! He replied to my texts quickly and fully answered all my questions until I thoroughly understood the cost in detail and the process. The cost was very fair, at least 30%-40% less than every other place I called! I was so impressed from our communication that I immediately chose them to do the job. He also fit me in at a time that was perfect for me. He just seemed to bend over backwards to make me happy, and you just simply don't see that level of customer service anymore. It really blew me away. I thought, Wow! That dude is one stand up guy with so much integrity and character and I just loved that, because again, its SO incredibly rare these days. Anyway, they did the most EPIC job on my Tesla Model 3 that I could have EVER imagined or hoped for. I got a 360 degree ceramic tint which along with the 4 side windows included the full glass top panel, full back window (most places only do half the rear window), and full windshield tinted. It looks so amazing and there appear to be zero seams or lines. The tint looks, and I think IS continuous which looks INCREDIBLE!! !! My car looks so smokin' sexy now. LOL. I am SO happy I chose Artistic Vinyl Repair. They took so much time and TLC with my car, as if I was the only person in the world that mattered at that moment. Hahaha, no joke, Luis makes you feel special, and he cares about people. He truly values his customers, as do the people that work for him. In addition, he was incredibly hospitable and kind. I decided I would wait for my car to be done and I walked to both Costco and Safeway, and got a pedicure too. It was really fun walking to these places because they were so close and it was a beautiful day. When I got back, Luis made me some (delicious) tea while I waited towards the end, and kept asking if I was comfortable. There is a huge plasma TV in the waiting room you can watch movies on, and I got to watch some fun shows with his darling daugther who was waiting for dad (super cute). It was a fantastic experience. Sounds funny to be this excited about a car tinting business but it really was a wonderful experience. I love this guy what can I say! I kind of hope I have more issues that I'll need worked on there just because they do such a great job and because the really care. Even though I'm leasing my Tesla, I think I'll get PPF on part of it because Luis explained to me that Tesla will get you on dings from rocks and pebbles, and PPF is great for preventing rock and debris damage. Also, his prices were great, which was extra amazing because the quality of their work is better than anything else I've seen on the road. I got my window tints done yesterday by Luis and his crew ahead of the summer season. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Very patient in answering all my questions and showed me the different shades of tint. AVR exclusively deals with the STEK products. I'll admit I had not heard much about this brand earlier. For PPF yes, but not so much for tints. In my research it was mostly 3M, Llumar, XPEL, and Suntek even, when it comes to tints. But then again you never know whether the popularity of those other brands can be attributed to marketing or actual product quality. I decided to take a chance with STEK. Moreover, when it comes to tints, the installer is more important than the brand. Luis came across as a genuine guy so I went with AVR. I am very happy with my decision. The installation job is perfect. No bubbles or creases. How the product holds up - only time will tell. But for now I am glad with the top quality finish. I had a torn seam at the top of my driver's side rear seat that kept getting worse anytime anyone sat there. I had tried to repair it myself a year ago and made it worse and uglier so I reached out to Luis and Artistic Vinyl Repair. I emailed him pictures of the damage and he responded quickly saying they could fix it. He had to order some new material since my botched repair job made the original leather unusable.
