Got 35% XPEL XR black ceramic window tint on 5 windows (4 sides + 1 rear) $535. Called them to make the appointment and it was easy. The service was fast. I haven't noticed any immediate bubbles. I'm not a smoker but you can definitely smell the environment in/around your car when you get it back that maybe the employees smoke. I don't think they have a restroom for customers bc the door to their work area had the bathroom placard on it. I reached out pretty late through Yelp, honestly not expecting a response right away but he got back to me that same night. He answered all my questions, gave me a fantastic deal, and even booked my appointment on the spot. Today was my appointment, and I went with the XR Plus ceramic tint, which is top-of-the-line and comes with a lifetime warranty. Lavon is also a certified XR Plus dealer, which gave me extra peace of mind. If you're going to tint your car, don't go cheap this film blocks 98% of UV rays, and you instantly see and feel the difference. You really do get what you pay for. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, Lavon gave us excellent customer service. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and the whole process took about an hour. I ended up paying $636 for everything (not including tip) 5% tint on the rear windshield and back seats, and 20% on the front. Honestly, the best deal I could find anywhere. Lavon is a very personable guy he had us laughing from beginning to end, and he truly came across like family, which I really appreciated. He's fun to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. His shop is spotless, and it's run entirely by family, which says a lot about the kind of business he's built.
