WORST experience I've ever encountered from a 'business establishment'. It's basically a grass field with ants and an ornery manager. This storage facility is currently not temperature controlled. Staff admitted that the copper…read morewiring for the air conditioning system was stolen, and while they claim repairs are scheduled, the facility continues to operate without climate control. Although the rental agreement includes a general "risk" disclaimer, it is misleading, as it does not clearly disclose that units may be left without any temperature regulation for an extended period of time. This creates a significant risk of damage to customers' property and raises concerns about deceptive or unfair business practices. I am requesting that the county and appropriate consumer protection authorities review whether this facility is maintaining the proper standards to remain open for business and whether its rental agreements comply with consumer protection laws.

Every item was properly wrapped, packed, and protected to ensure nothing was damaged. They took the time to disassemble and reassemble our furniture and placed everything exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Moving can be stressful, but this team made the process seamless. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to customer service were second to none. Tyler and his crew truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be more grateful for their hard work.
