Further, they make it incredibly hard to pay your loan. Their website is elementary and they genuinely do not want you to pay more than your minimum payment. Customer service is unable to answer any of your questions and they continually put you on hold while they attempt to answer the most basic question by looking through their work procedures. Just terrible all around and make sure your loan is not sold to these amateurs.

Only...it must be a certified check, not one of my personal checks with Batman on them. Great Scott!!! Fortuitously, there happened to be a PNC branch down the road from the Keller-Williams office. They opened at 9AM, I got in, a bank employee got me my certified check sans any fees, and I still made the appointment at the real estate office punctually. Whew! I own a house, now!!!
