What a horrible experience, from the beginning to the end. - I've been yelled at over the phone, by customer service rep, - Power lines have been ripped - Went into my home when I was not there, no homeowners present and they performed services without a homeowner being there. - they have undocumented workers working for them From the start to finish it has been a horrible, disrespectful service. Followed by more uncertainty, unprofessionalism. I warn others be very cautious. This company does not have there act together. On the day of there job of of the many men, supervising the men informed me " oh I could have done that for cheaper price" Like what the hell , saying that to me the client. , ripped my main power lines in my home, then at 1st refused to pay for the damages. Saying it's in the contract that damages are our problems. So your saying if you are digging and you damage a window , it's our problem? I don't know how this business has been here this long. I've attempted to contact the owner, works at the office refuse to let me talk to him, will not give me a number. Guess someone is scared to handle customer problems. Repeatedly have been ignored via email, calls. Worst decision ever , ever, to go with this company. I can't go back now but I want to warn others. This company gives you a illusion of confidence and security that the job will get done and everything will go right but it's just a mask to draw you in get your money and provide a horrible service. Again my father was yelled at by a women who works at the office. The golden rule : you never yell at the client, never yell at the client. If I could give them zero stars I would. From the initial inspection, John was professional, honest and had our best interest. Their quote was reasonable and fair for the labor. Any time I called they responded immediately, or within a couple of hours From Matt, and Mario, to the crew that worked our foundation repair, all were organized and very professional. They responded to all of our questions and guided us through the process. Additionally they were super clean! After the completion of the repair, you could not tell that work was done in the front part of our home. I wish they did other types of jobs! Avoid this guy and this "company". I strongly regret contracting him. Nothing but headache…read more I hired him because his bid was affordable, but that turned out to be part of the problem. I'll explain... He quoted me a good price for the job I needed done, and estimated it would take about 5 days. I was skeptical, but I trusted him. I should not have. He really severely underestimated and underbid the job. It ended up taking longer than 3 weeks to be done, and he tried to guilt trip me about the price, saying how he was going to have to eat the cost of this and that. In the end, I actually paid him a little extra money above what he quoted because I'm a sucker. He's also very bad about answering/returning calls, texts, and emails. During the course of the job, there were several days where he and his crew just no- showed on days they said they would work. When they do come and work, they never showed up at the time he said they would be there. "I'll be there at 9:00," means he'll be there at 1:00, if at all. "We'll be finished by wednesday," turns into Friday, then Saturday, then Wednesday of next week. To be fair, there were some days where the weather was an issue, but most of the days they no- showed were perfectly suitable work days and I never got an explanation of why they weren't there. I had a small concrete slab patio that I needed removed, about 12x12. They jackhammered it up, and instead of hauling away the concrete rubble, they dumped it in a pile in my yard and left it there for 2 weeks, killing all the grass. I don't believe his "company" has true employees. He just hires guys and pays them cash day wages. Here is the last straw, though, the final insult, that made me decide to write this review- he will not honor his warranty on leveling work. Part of the reason that I chose to hire him for the job is that he offered a 3-year warranty on leveling, so if your house settles, they will come back out and make an adjustment to get it back level again. I contacted him to come make some adjustments. Maybe one day's worth of work, probably less. He said he would come on Monday- no show. Then he said Saturday-no show. Then Sunday, and......... You guessed it, no show again and no call. I've tried to call him but he doesn't answer, and you can't even leave him a voicemail because his voice mailbox is full. This man is unorganized, incompetent, and unprofessional.
