Beware!!! This company has deceptive business practices. My home elevator broke down 1 1/2 months…read moreago. They came out and said it was due to lightning damage. That was it. They did not tell me if this would be covered under warranty nor did they give me a written estimate on the cost of repair. Fast forward three weeks later, they show up without any notification. They waste 1 1/2 hours and do no repairs because they did not have right parts. Again no communication on cost of repair. Finally an additional three weeks later, they again come out without proper notification. The technician begins repairing the elevator despite us asking for a written estimate prior to work starting. After the work was completed they give a bill totaling more than $1400. Naturally I was upset given the lack of communication from them. No written estimate prior to work nor proper notification of appointment times. Their solution rip the parts out of elevator that were installed. Office staff is rude. Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

We scheduled the move for Tuesday. On Monday, they called to warn me about potential delays due to weather. I even offered to reschedule, but they insisted they could still do it--just at a slower pace since I was paying hourly. Come Tuesday morning, an hour and a half before the move, they suddenly tell me that no employees showed up and pushed it to Wednesday. Then, on Wednesday, they pulled the same stunt--no movers available, now pushing it to Thursday. When I asked for a later time on Thursday because my schedule couldn't accommodate their constant failures, I was told that wasn't an option and that they were actually doing me a favor by "squeezing" me in. A favor? Seriously? They left me sleeping on the floor for two nights because they couldn't stick to their commitments. This is beyond unprofessional--it's outright incompetence. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to stay far away. Update: The owner actually had the audacity to call me and insult me for leaving this review, saying I'm "ignorant" and "ridiculous" for holding them accountable. That alone speaks volumes about how this business is run.

When the truck was opened at delivery, the unit had tipped over and the dryer glass was shattered. The company later denied my claim, stating I signed a liability waiver because the units remained stacked. My issue is not that the units were transported stacked -- it's that they appear to have been improperly secured during transport, causing the straps to fail and the appliance to fall. I trusted the movers to transport the unit safely. Very disappointing outcome and claims process.
