For over a year, the screen had to be opened where you wanted it before you turned it on because if you moved the machine virtually at all and the screen jiggled it would lock up, necessitating a restart. Then, suddenly, it refused to boot up in any screen position. I brought it to PC Werx. The gentleman who came out to look at it plugged in a separate monitor and talked with me about his concerns and let me make the decision to not invest any more money in this one because the repair could easily be more expensive than the residual value of the machine. When he asked me if there was information on it that I needed to keep, that was a no, so, there was no urgent need to do anything with it. He mentioned a retailer that he has had good experience with and that happened to be where I buy virtually all computer related hardware, we shook hands and he said thank you. I mean, I'm sure he could have repaired my machine, but he gently let me know his suggestion is to spend my money on something that I'd get better service out of rather than into the one I've worn out.

At my workplace we had an absolute mess of a situation in regards to our computers and internet. I…read moream pretty sure we had boxes that did nothing and half a dozen WiFi addresses that should not have been there. We called in some people that we thought were experts to fix our problems, and they only made it worse. We ended up being down for 2 full work days after already having issues a week prior. We finally called in Raptor. The owner came in and fixed everything. He fixed our issues, the issues others had caused, then he also came back later and installed new stuff to make our company more efficient. We are having him come back again next week to also fix our horrible wiring mess around our desks too. While I don't understand everything he had done for us.... I do know that we had a week up at work where NOTHING worked properly, and now everything works better than it did before it was broken. I am very very happy. I like these guys. He worked with my me and my dad, guiding us through the whole process, and provided great suggestions on how to improve our ideas on the websites functionality, aesthetics, and the Search Engine Optimization so that it'll be higher on the Google search results page. We had a previous failed attempt at making a website through another company, which we twice as expensive, and was a barely functioning site. Johnny started from scratch, customized it to have every functionality we needed for our business, and was extremely patient with us working through the whole thing. He made sure to do some training with us after the website was made so that we knew how to properly administrate the website after the project was complete, and he also provided great support when we had questions after the project. The fact that my dad (who only has very basic computer knowledge) can now completely own and manage the website, process all his orders, and make any necessary modifications all on his own is a HUGE testament to the quality of work from Johnny!!
