Each class is challenging and I do believe that my strength and endurance have both improved significantly. If you're someone who doesn't like running (like me), the great thing about Studio Torch is that you won't be running more than 7 minutes max. The classes are in the form of stations with varying reps, times, distances, and number of times you rotate around the room. The community and staff are also part of why I enjoy it so much. Their weekly schedule is as follows: Monday Arms and Abs, Tuesday Total Body Circuit, Wednesday Butt and Legs, Thursday Total Body Tabata, Friday Cardio and Core, Saturday Total Body, and Sunday Total Body. If you're looking to trial the place, they do a week unlimited for $10! Hands down favorite place to workout.

Every time I walk in everyone just looks so "fit" and knows what they're doing. Don't be afraid to ask questions! The employees are so nice. There are different stations such as treadmill, tower, TRX, weights, etc. It varies each time, but the instructors are good at explaining it. They've been good about extra sanitization because you keep the same spray bottle and towel with you the whole time so you won't touch what everyone else is touching. You also hang your keys so you won't have to take it around with you. It truly is a killer workout and I would recommend it. Get there 10 minutes early if you can incase you have any questions and you don't want to miss the demonstrations!

So he decided to take a years worth of payments. Then kick me out, and not even prorate my money. Classy. And decided to kick out anyone I was training with, just out of the blue one day. And I have a recording of every time I trained there. The way he speaks to ppl. Couldn't ask for a worse boxing ambassador..... again, personally, never been to such a hostile gym with a negative environment. But that's IMHO. Some ppl like that type of place I suppose.

In order to get back to the level of overall fitness and activity I was used to and achieve new goals, I needed someone who was energetic, motivating and supportive! I was also looking for someone who modeled the services they provide yet, could meet me at my level to start and encourage me even when I am not confident in own ability. I found all of that with Latanya and FFF, whose focus is women over 40, but open to anyone who wants to improve their fitness. The one-on-one weight training, small group workouts and Saturday morning cardio sets are fun even when they are no nonsense and push you. I still have a long way to go, but because of Latanya's expertise and coaching, I already have improvement in my endurance and strength as well as in my body tone, and muscle definition. She also offers nutritional counseling. I highly recommend Latanya and the new fitness center she will soon be opening.

But. It's still a gem. The staff is nice, and welcoming. The weights still work, and even though some of the treadmills are broken, there are several that work really well, and if you can find them and get on one, you're set. This place does get busy in the afternoon, so morning/night are best times (like all other gyms) but its spacious and has a ton of options. There are dozens of workout machines, clean bathrooms, free weights, a tanning booth, a daycare, a yoga room, and a basketball court. I'm not saying it doesn't have flaws, but the good outweighs the bad if you know what you're doing and if you learn to work around it and find the good machines, or secure a nice bench and some weights, you'll be hard pressed to think about small problems like WHO and HOW could someone snap the wires on several cable machines!

In good faith, we diagnosed his machines and determined the issues after several hours on site. The work was done on January 7, 2025. He owes me $292.50 for services rendered and 2 months later after ducking and dodging me with lame excuses, he still has not paid me. Rocco is a dishonest man and won't pay me what he owes me. I do not recommend any vendor servicing this account because his company is high risk for getting paid. It would appear that the only way I will get my money is to take him to court which I intend to do!
