Afterward, we were told we owed an additional $75 that had not been clearly discussed upfront. When we questioned the extra charge, we were told the balance could be sent to collections, which felt unnecessarily aggressive given the situation. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency around pricing and what services were actually being performed. If you do choose to work with them, I highly recommend getting a detailed quote in writing before agreeing to anything. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful time. So disappointing. Took the car to JDM who previously had done work on my car....yes, I needed a new air filter but NO new belt, was not slipping! I have had other work done on my 2006 Chevy Equinox at JDM.
