I brought a new- used vehicle to Queen Tires for inspection and was given an overt priced summary of repairs needed and they ignored an ABS light with no explanation of what repair needed. The estimation for all repairs $4 to 6K and that was w/o using a computerized scanner to check every function I took to another repair shop and was quoted half that amount AFTER a computer scan to pin point issues. I had left a few VM messages for 'AL' shop Manager and didn't receive any courtesy call back. fyi read more

Called on phone after seeing fixed a flat for $10..told guy had a cracked valve stem and needed tire busted to replace it..guy says hold on..comes back on phone says $45 I said really...I have the new stem and he again says $45. I said I'll take my business elsewhere. I also had a tire I needed replaced in the back of my truck that I needed replaced..after that gouge quote..I never brought it up My normal guy in Elgin would have replaced that valve in under 15 minutes..so I figure this place just out to rip people off..I would steer clear Update.. 1 hour later..got my valve stem replaced for $15...in line with what it should be read more

I came in for 2 used tires a few days ago. The next day one of the tires lost air so I filled it, the day after that I had to fill it again. When I went back to have them take a look they said it was the tyre valve. There was nothing wrong with the tyre vale before I had them change my tires, they then charged me for a new valve. Won't be returning. I should not have had to pay for the new valve , I came back before a week had even passed they also don't tell you prices until after they do the work , which had they told me they were going to charge me for a valve they messed up I would have spent my money elsewhere. read more

Queens is AMAZING! The service is over the top. I have been taking my car here for the past 3 years and really needed to leave this review. They are so honest with pricing! Let me repeat, SO HONEST. Very reasonable prices. I usually buy tires and bring them to queens to mount and balance. They also plug tires for like $10

I had a flat tire about 1/2 mile south of your shop. I drove my car into your lot and went inside. I was virtually ignored. No one asked me what I needed or even acknowledged my presence. After 10 minutes I went back outside and called someone to come put my spare on. I went back in a second time to see if I could get someone's attention and still nothing. At the time there were three guys in the office area who were waiting for some tires. They were helped and even though I was still standing there no one asked me what I needed or said I will be with you in a minute. It was like I was invisible. I went back to my car which had been sitting in the lot the entire time with a flat tire and watched these guys take their tires to their van, Still no one even acknowledged I was there, I went back inside when I noticed someone on the computer in the office and asked the guy if he worked there and he said yes. I told him I had been in there several times already and been in the parking lot for 1/2 hour with a flat tire. He told me they were busy and asked If I wanted him to fix my tire. I told him I had already called someone to come change my tire since they didn't even acknowledge me and that they lost a customer as I would need to purchase at least two tires and probably a rim since I had to drive on it to get there. He said Oh well we lost 1 customer. Perhaps your shop is so busy you don't need any new customers or perhaps you only cater to hispanic customers. They also closed up the shop and left me sitting in the parking lot until my nephew came and changed my tire, Today I am going to Discount Tire and purchasing 4 new tires and a rim. WORST PLACE EVER!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE. If you want to have your items damaged than look no further. My cousin took his tires to this shop yesterday to get them installed and the MANAGER said he could put them on , turns out he couldn't so he rolled BOTH tires at a distance purposely causing one to fall face down causing damages and scratches. Which I'm sure he had already scratched them in the back and just tried to play it off. Then he has the audacity to say it was already "scratched" when they were BRAND NEW. He still tried to charge him $70 and threatened to call the cops if he didn't pay. He told him to call the cops and show him the video in the security camera where it shows him rolling both tires ON PURPOSE intending to damage that one. He didn't know what to say after and ask him to just leave the shop instead and his "business" wasn't welcome here. Who would want to return to such TERRIBLE PLACE. Clearly he isn't the first guy to have them scratched here according to other google reviews. This whole junk place is a joke!! FAIR warning go somewhere elsewhere!!! this place needs to be out of business. read more
