When I had my appointment for Mammogram, it took over an hour for the technician to take me inside and take pictures. Secondly I was told by the technician that I would be able to get the results with a week, I have called multiple times and it's been over 2 weeks , I have still not got the results. The worst part is , when I called, the person I spoke to , said that there are other 100's of patients waiting for their results. It shows the how efficient they are read more

This company is an example of a company that does not consider being inclusive to folks of all situations. I came in here to take an ultrasound because I am having pain on my right side. I had no childcare and rarely do in the mornings. Since I have to fast with an ultrasound, I have to go before 8am. Unfortunately, I cannot go too long without drinking water or eating something or the pain gets worse. I had my 1 year old in a stroller. She is quiet and was ready to keep herself busy. They said I couldn't bring her in (not because of safety but because the size of the room wasn't big enough). Are you telling me the room isn't big enough for a small stroller in the corner? Yet, I imagine your room has space for the machine, the tech to get up and move and for me to get on the table. I do plan to look at the person capacity once I get my scan. The other issue is they didn't call me to confirm ahead of time because they said they didn't have my number. They DID however, have my email yet thats not something to do. If you cannot get hold of a patient and you have information to give them, it shocks me that they wouldnt find a way to get hold of a patient. Just b/c you didn't save my number, you just give up and not try another way to get hold of me? Mind you, I did give them my number, it's on the paper I filled out. Either way, the manager is supposed to call me and I have yet to hear. This is the issue when you are not considerate or creating systems in your companies with empathy in mind. I could have an issue going on in my body but because they cannot be acommodating to someones needs and situations, I cannot get checked. So health does not come first, esp here. read more

This was my first time having an ultrasound done. I was very impressed with the professionalism I was welcomed with during my appointment. I felt very comfortable in my setting and very happy to know I had a female technician with her team. Donna, Claudia and Fabiana were extremely patient, comforting and made me feel at ease. First, they cancelled my appointment twice saying the equipment was not working. Then when I tried to reschedule the appointment for the third time, the woman answering the phones was clearly having a bad day. She was rude from the start and surly. This is the worse on-going office experience we've ever been through. We got a scan done at Centrelake for over a year ago. We paid our co-pay at the time of visit. Months later we received a bill for over $300. The phone number provided on the bill did not reach anyone. We called our insurance and our medical group, each of whom got on the phone with Centrelake. Centrelake swore that they sent the claim to the medical group and would do so again, and we were told to disregard the bill, as our coverage took care of it. At intervals of several months apiece, we received two more bills telling us that we owe over $300. Each time we went through our medical group, our insurance, and their office. Each time we were told that they would submit the claim to the medical group and that the medical group would submit to the insurance. Today we received a bill from a collection agency. Yes, rather than submit the claim to the proper medical group, Centrelake has sent the bill to a collection agency. This is the least professional, least organized office I've ever dealt with, and it is now carrying on into a situation where they intend to damage credit rating and whatever other damages come from going to collections. Stay away from these people at all costs, as I intend to from now on. read more

I went in for a 20 week OB ultrasound. My husband was not allowed in the exam room to view our baby for the first time, which was the beginning of our disappointment. The whole exam felt rushed, and I was told I couldn't get a print out picture during the visit, it would be available later via their web portal. After the scan, my midwife told me the images were incomplete and I need to have another ultrasound to view what Centrelake missed. Oh, and the images on their portal? $10 to access after my copay! I do not recommend this location for an OB ultrasound. read more

*Don't come here!* Customer service is horrible. You think people who work in the medical field should be more smart or caring, that's not the case here. I think they just hire random people and pay them minimum salary to work here. They have no experience, no knowledge, unintelligent and with a rude and ignorant attitude. Long story short, I am suppose to come here for an ultrasound etc. Not only it took days to get the insurance verified, they cannot even answer a single simple question that I ask. Since they didn't seem to care about the lack of professionalism their employee exhibited so much that they took down my review, I'm definitely now going to find all the places I can to post this review* I had to get a breast ultrasound. Masks aren't required anymore, but I wear one in medical facilities just in case. My name gets called, I follow the woman back. (In the original post, I had the techs name but I think that got it taken down so I'm leaving it out this time) She takes me into a room. Music is blasting. She starts giving me instructions, but I can't hear her. After asking her to repeat and straining to hear her, she finally grabs her personal cell phone and turns the music down. She instructs me to undress waist up and put on the gown with the opening on the front. I wait for her to leave. She doesn't leave. I walk over to the wall and turn to face away from her to undress. All the while she is standing 3 feet from me, with her cell phone in her hand. The music is still playing, and I'm hearing words like "Christ" and "grace." I lay down on the bed as instructed and she starts the ultrasound. She asks questions about pain or tenderness and the reason for the ultrasound. She performs the ultrasound just fine. Except the music is still playing and now I'm listening to phrases like "I find peace in Jesus' name". She finishes the imaging and hands me a couple small washcloths to wipe off all the gel they use. They aren't enough and at some point I realize I'm just moving the gel around. It didn't matter, because I'm hearing "Lord, in the eye of the storm, I know You're watching me, yeah" and I'm incredibly uncomfortable wiping my half naked body with this woman in the room singing along to the music. I get dressed. She tells me my provider should have the results in 5 business days. She asks me if I'll do a "survey" of my experience. I say sure. She holds out a card of the facility with a QR code on it. I try to take the card so I can complete the survey later. She doesn't let go. She says "take out your phone camera and do it now" She doesn't let go of the card and stands and watches my phone. I scan the QR code, it takes me to this site. This is not an anonymous medical facility survey. It's google reviews. I start to put my phone away so I can do it later. She takes her hand and tries to tap the 5 star button ON MY PHONE. Someone is singing "in you I trust, Lord." I lock my screen and put my phone away, muttering about doing it later. She says "oh, if you can put a comment, like 'I had a nice experience, that'd be great." I smile. I really just want to leave. I wait. She still looking at the pictures on her screen which look like storms and turbulent waves. She's writing on a piece of paper. I keep waiting. Finally I ask her if she needs anything else from me or if I'm free to go. She says I can go and reminds me to do the "survey." If I ever need an ultrasound again, I will not be coming here. If I have to come here, I will absolutely be checking in advance who my tech will be. I will not be consenting to this tech again. As a 35 year old who is no stranger to medical appointments and procedures due to chronic illness, this was the most unprofessional experience I've had. Even gynecologists, who have to enter our bodies to perform their examination, have the decency to leave the room while you're undressing. At no point should there be religious music playing in the background of a medical examination on someone's private cell phone. At no point, should the tech have her personal cell phone in her hand while standing three feet away from a patient undressing. And at NO point should a person be pressured into giving a 5 star review before they feel like they are allowed to leave. I'm appalled at the extreme lack of professionalism of this tech. If I could give negative stars for this experience, I would. read more

As a providers office staff, this is a TERRIBLE place to work with. They NEVER EVER answer the phone call. Take minimum 15 minutes and goes to a voice message which is full already. If they answer, it gets disconnected easily and no one bothered to call me back. If they answer again, it's a wrong department and transfer me to another WRONG department and the person answers just hang up on me with saying "This is a wrong department." I don't have time to write this review, but I have to. The business owner put the replies, but don't do ANYTHING. I will find a way to redirect my patient to other facility. Please don't waste your time with this company. read more

My only concern was that I stood there at the desk waiting for someone to just say "we'll be right with you." No one said anything to me as I just stood there. I finally asked if there was a sign in sheet because again no one said a word to me and I was the only person waiting at the desk. I understood that they were busy but all they had to do was acknowledge me and say "we'll be right with you." I suggest that they have a sign in sheet, that way they don't have to say anything and just call people up when they're ready for them. Overall everyone was very nice once we got past that little hurdle. read more

I was scheduled a ct scan in October. The day before, I received a message from a female identified as Daniel, that they didn't have a tech to do the scan but I could go to another center but a long distance away. She gave me a number to call her back. The call went to a voice mail on numerous calls and to a dead line on other occasions. After a week of calling every day, I drove to the Ontario location and talked with the receptionist who made me a new appointment for December. The day before this scan I get another message from Daniel stating the machine was broken, but I could go to another site which was again a lot further away. I was given a number to call which I did, and I get a message that they weren't taking calls at this time. I have been calling all their numbers with no success. I will go tomorrow in person and meet with a live person at the Ontario site. I plan to call my doctor and have him find a more responsible company to help me. read more

The tech that worked with me was amazing - everyone in the office was nice and there wasn't much of a wait. I did however get sent to collections over $23.31 after being notified only once via mail about my bill. I attempted to make payment online several times at which it would say 'unable to process payment'. When I finally was able to call during normal business hours I was told they also were not able to help and gave me a phone number to a collection agency. When I was speaking to the representative I noticed they got my address wrong which is probably why I never got notified. I also never received any calls from the office before I was sent to collections. Very upset about this :( read more

I have been trying to make an appointment to Chino office, there is no one answer, and I change to call to Ponoma office, but both offices no one answer the phone despite multiple attempts, and each phone call holding over half hour, it is incredibly frustrating. read more

I had an appointment at centerlake imaging center in chino for an ultrasound of my breast I found a lump and I am feeling pain. I just moved out here so I don't have relatives or babysitters to watch my kids. I made the app during my baby's nap time cause I knew she would be sleeping the enter time in her stroller. When they saw me they said I couldn't go inside with my baby so I spoke with the manger she was rude and not understanding. I told her I needed this ultrasound and my baby would be sleeping the enter time she wouldn't be a problem they didn't want to work with me. I told her ok i can take my 13 year told out of school and he can wait with her in the waiting room. Again she would be sleeping in the stroller the whole time. My son has a phone he can give me updates. They still wouldn't work with me I told them I'm running out of options and I really need this ultrasound my dr said it was a priority. The lady's in the front desk were giving me mean looks. Some nice lady in the waiting room over heard and offered to watch her while I got my ultrasound done. She said there's cameras here and the lady's in the front can watch that I stay here with your baby. She said I completely understand because I have kids and I know how hard it is. And I said thank you but I can't. Anyways once I got off the phone with the manger Carmen they told me I am banned from any centerlake imaging centers The receptionist Melissa and Haley were just very rude. There's a reason people on here keep saying the staff and ladies are rude because it's true! And yes I did curse her afterwards I'm am very upset. I wouldn't recommend this place because the receptionist are very rude. read more

Worst radiology center! Avoid completely. It's took 6 weeks to schedule an appointment. 3 days before the appointment, I confirmed with the insurance and the scheduler everything in advance. I had approved authorization from the insurance company. Went to check in the appointment and they refused to check us in. They said they don't accept our insurance. I explained that I had authorization and confirmed the appointment. I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager told them and refused to let me speak directly to the manager. When I left, I went to the West Covina location. That location confirmed they were incorrect. They do accept our insurance and should've been seen. They should've never let me drive around. They should've verified their information. I will never return. It was completely disrespectful. They never even called me to apologize after being notified of their mistake. Terrible scheduling process.. feel like the front desk worker had no idea what was doing and still has no clue as to what is going on in terms of scheduling. I made an appointment for an echocardiogram as this place takes my insurance. The day I show up for my appointment Wednesday 7/10/24, i wait for 2 hours only to be told the technician was not showing up that day. Sure, stuff happens. Frustrated cause I moved all my meetings that day for this appointment to be rescheduled to Wednesday 7/24/24 but i get it, stuff happens. I dont know why i had to sit there for two hours to be finally told that the technician wasn't coming in but again stuff happens, and i get it. On 7/23/24, the day before the rescheduled appointment, i get a call from her again asking when my appointment was and that it needs to get rescheduled again. I asked if this will be final cause its already now twice that im getting rescheduled and i had already moved my weekly wednesday meeting around so i can come in tomorrow and get this echo done. At this point im moving meetings around and other people at work are accommodating to my schedule for no reason now. She could tell i was annoyed and she specifically tells me that the technician for the echo comes in once a month on wednesdays and they only know a month in advance as to which specific wednesday the technician will be coming in. That confused me cause then why did i get scheduled for those other two appointments before if they "knew a month in advance when the technician was coming in". It clearly sounded like she had no idea when the technician was coming in because i got scheduled for two different appointments which had to be rescheduled all within the same month. Too much time wasted for no reason which could have all been avoided if she just knew which exact date the technician was coming in before settling on an appointment date.. read more

Very bad on office experience. The girl in the front desk was not polite at all . She was like that with everyone there. I kept on email her my referral and even my Dr fax it to her. Finally my Dr office said, ask her to check her Spam, sure enough it was there. And she had me waiting for more than 30 minutes just to sign me in. And I had to walk out from office . Everyone was going inside except me. I was there before 745am and walk out at 915. Very un professional and careless of her job. I went in to have an ultrasound at 32 weeks pregnant and Andrea Castro was my ultrasound tech. She explained that she would do the diagnostics first and then I could have my husband and son come in. We made good time and we were all able to see my son on the ultrasound screen after the diagnostic part was out of the way. This office is VERY busy, and I was very pleased that we were seen on time. Andrea did not make us feel rushed and made good conversation with me about her own sons when we were doing the diagnostic. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to Andrea and the front desk staff (who had put up with my emotions on a previous appt). This appt exceeded my expectations. I received a bill for $159.66 in Feb 23. I wasn't sure so I paid it.. Shortly after that I received my Blue Cross statement and they to payed the bill.. Billing has been jacking me around since Mar and have not returned my money.. Those in billing and individuals are very inept!! Please send me the money you owe me!!! read more

Came in to get my daughters X-ray as a walk in as per the recording on their line and the first thing the girl in the front tells me "we don't do them here today or next week" ZERO customer service didn't even give me options on where to go since I took the day off to come. I went to get by the end of June/22 an ultrasound and a lower back x-ray but the technician for x-rays had just left so they told me to go back some other day that the information for the x-ray would be in their computer. Then I got an order from my doctor for a chest x-ray, and I went on July 19 around 11Am to get both x-rays. The woman at the front counter named Trinidad was very rude and insisted in a very negative way that there was no record in the system for the first x-ray, that I was wrong, after I insisted to look for it, she found it in the system and both x-rays were done. She (Trinidad) was very rude with a very unpleasant attitude towards me the whole time. I think Trinidad should treat patients, especially old people, with more respect and professionalism, the other gild at the front counter was a lot nicer and professional with other patients. I have had to use this facility based on insurance. I have repeatedly had horrible experiences from rude and ignorant schedulers to nasty receptionists to technicians telling me the doctor ordered an internal pelvic ultrasound sound when they didn't to not being offered a gown or even a private place to change for a mammogram. They even sent me a letter stating I had an abnormal breast ultrasound sound and need to call my doctor immediately when I didn't even have that test done! The most recent was they refused to make an appointment until I collected my entire health history for them. Then the "supervisor" told me that I needed to Find another place to go. I put up with it because I thought I had no choice. Low and behold as the patient I do have a choice and I don't have to be treated this way. Don't accept the rudeness and poor service! I'm Hoping to go back to Casa Colina where they know how to be polite. Good riddance Centrelake. read more

Took two hours off of work today 9/22/21 to make it for an X-ray before 4:30pm. Arrived at 4:05pm from Santa Ana only to have some lady squeak in front of me to spend 5-10 minutes rescheduling appointments, only to be told that they cannot allow me to take care of my X-rays today. Thanks for wasting my hard-earned PTO while you will probably charge my insurance an arm and a leg. See y'all on Friday morning to probably waste another 2-3 hours of time off from work. read more

The staff is here is extremely incompetent. My mother had a mammogram scheduled today. My mother is bedridden, so for her to go to an appointment she requires us to help her getting dressed and to carry her onto the vehicle.. its extremely painful for her and the process takes hours.. We arrive in her wheelchair and turns out the tech scheduled for her mammogram was on vacation. So why no call? Supposedly they called once and no answer. Not sure why they did not call again or believe if they called in the first place because we never got a missed call or message. This is the second time they do this at this location and they have done this at the Ontario location before too. They just call off or don't show. For a disabled person these tasks are tedious for them to be so unreliable. Why schedule people when the tech is on vacation? read more

My fiancé and I brought our daughter into this facility for the first time. She's young and was pretty scared on getting a ultrasound done. Luckily the ultrasound tech that we had, Andria Castro, eased our daughters nerves. Bless her heart. She was simply the sweetest and couldn't ask for a better tech. I walked in about 20 minutes before they were due to close. Valeria at the front desk was super sweet, saying they might not be able to take me but she would check with the t X-ray tech. She said they would be able to take me. Richard was my tech. He was super professional and sweet! I thanked him for staying late to take my x-ray. He said no problem.
