This facility had available appointments sooner than most others I reached out to where I needed a wide-bore MRI (open at the end of the tube so its technically a closed one). The technician David was one of the best I have ever had work with me. It's only because of his sympathy and kindness that I was able to get through this very needed MRI my liver specialist needed me to get done. I postponed it for 6 months cuz that's how much I hate doing closed MRI's. David showed a level of patience that is not common in all medical settings. Hats off to him for not giving up on someone like me. He talked me through it and again was so patient with the fact that I was having such a hard time starting it and staying in the machine. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me. The invoice and results took a bit longer than expected but I think it's because they were having issues with the internet and equipment. I'm not sure. I had to call to remind them to send my doctor the images and for some reason they sent the cd's but not the actual written report. That was strange. But they at least emailed me the report after I called and asked for it and I finally got an invoice to submit to my insurance after I emailed them asking for that too. Even with those smal annoyingl details I'd still use them again for any MRI tests I'd need to get done in the future (hopefully Ii dont need them). So I'd highly recommend them.

It's my first time here, I try to get to the location and due to some insurance mishaps my appt location and time had been changed a few times. I arrived to the Crossroads location and quickly found out I arrived to the wrong one. Rushed over and even CALLED the front desk to let them know I was arriving late as a courtesy. As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me. Accepted my insurance and payment, the girls behind the window were a little nicer at least. The back office staff , especially the girl that took me back was much more pleasant. The conversation was there and the overall vibe was better from her. Finally seen Dr Baez. Super pleasant. Still took me in for my rather short 5 min visit and I was very satisfied. Point being, you can tell when you enjoy your job and when you don't. People can too.

My daughter had an appointment and we were told she needed an X-ray. Got the order in hand, and went downstairs. Checked in (as a walk-in), and was called in about ten minutes later. My husband got up to pay the copay at the front desk while I walked my 7 year old to the back. They sat her down, took a pic of her hand, and walked us out. I walk out, and my husband was still in the middle of paying the copay! That's how fast this was! In and out.

I have a family history of breast cancer. Today at 3:15 pm I get a call asking me what kind of mammogram I am approved for! Am I a dr? No. They wanted ME to call my dr immediately to find out! Why am I doing YOUR job and why wait until Closing time, when I scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning? Very poor consideration for their patients, they finally agreed to call my dr themselves but of course I never heard back. Long story short, if you think you have a lump AND a family history.. do NOT go here. They don't care. I'm not going to my appointment for fear of them billing me because they don't think they have authorization & wanted ME to do their job.

My dad's been coming here for a while, and I have to say -- the doctors and staff at Chino Hills…read moreFamily Medical Group are top notch. They treat him with patience, professionalism, and kindness, which means the world to me. He's showing some signs of early-onset dementia, and as anyone who's been through that knows, it's not always easy -- he sometimes forgets appointments or prescriptions (like his brain scan from six months ago), but the staff never make him feel bad about it. They handle it with empathy and good humor. That's something you can't put a price on. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. The front desk team keeps things running smoothly, and every visit feels like he's in good hands. In a world where medical care can feel cold or rushed, this office actually takes the time to listen. Doctors who take their time and genuinely care about outcomes. Chino Hills Family Medical Group is a place where quality care meets humanity. They've been great with my dad, and that kind of professionalism mixed with patience is something rare. Highly recommend -- especially if you're looking for a team that's not just competent, but compassionate.

Last year, I had made an appointment for a specific vaccine. A few days before rhe appointment, their system asked me to confirm the appointment, and the next day they said they do not give that shot. The exact same thing happened today. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.

Dr. Wang and his office staff made me feel very welcome, comfortable, and relaxed from the moment I arrived. What pleased me most is that Dr. Wang is also a cardiologist, which is a tremendous bonus for me. He took the time to thoroughly review my medications and provided highly professional, patient, and detailed guidance regarding my heart condition, including treatment, recovery, diet, and exercise. He also carefully addressed several other health concerns I brought up, explaining preventive measures and treatment options in a clear and thoughtful manner. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I can only say that I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Wang. I highly recommend Dr. Wang, especially for Chinese-speaking patients seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and professional physician.
