The "1 day deals" are a great value, priced even below sale prices. Only on one occasion did I NOT find the item I was looking for. I've also been out of town during the 1 day sale and called in to management asking if they could hold the price for me. On both occasions, they eagerly accommodated me. I've read the negative reviews in previous months and my only comment is, either these reviewers overly exaggerated their experiences or, this store has really turned things around so far as customer service is concerned. Believe me, I am a savvy shopper and do not tolerate poor customer service. I give this store 5 stars and highly recommend this Ceres, Ca. Big 5 business establishment!

They had very nice leggings work out gear and some sparkly crocs!!! I will say it was a bit on the pricey side clothes wise however I found my work bag (Bogg Bag) a perfect medical bag with multiple sizes for WAY less money than I expected so the going with the medium was wonderful with the value! I did also get some stick on's off Amazon for my girly self but it is PERFECT for work I highly recommend Dicks they have so much more than just sporting good! That's when Amber (Customer Service) stepped in. She immediately took ownership of the situation, genuinely cared about making things right, and brought Mike (Manager) in to help. Amber and Mike went above and beyond, turning a dissatisfied customer into a loyal returning one. They truly know how to treat people, and that's the kind of service that deserves to be recognized.
