We all have bad days, were human, but you're feelings and negative attitude should never be pushed onto other employees and especially not the customers. I stood at the counter with absolutely zero vocal or visual acknowledgment from Tonya as she moved boxes and items around in her area and annoyingly tossing her tape around her area. And no, there was no missing that I was standing there. I waited long enough that I had become uncomfortable holding my boxes and was concerned about being late to my appointment. Tonya finally looked at me and rudely told me to put my box's on the counter with a tone and look on her face that I was an inconvenience to her. In silence, she scanned my two codes, handed me my receipt and turned her back to me with no words. I thanked her and she turned her back to me with no acknowledgement. There was no need for me as a customer to leave that experience annoyed. I hope you're having a better day today, Tonya.
