A quality control check is very much standard procedure. Being music, it was important that the copies are usable. (I have had files printed before that were apparently reduced when scanned and I wanted to make sure these files were going to be OK.) After getting a song and dance that it would create more work (honestly, I thought that was his job!), I asked if there was a problem printing the test pages and the answer was "no". But that didn't stop the incessant arguments about paper sizes and anything else he could make a case of. It was totally uncalled for and I felt I was being harassed. I finally had to say I wasn't there for an argument, just to have my files printed. It was a nasty experience and I will think twice, nay thrice, before ever deciding to step foot in this place again. If UPS is going to hire such unqualified help, they need to up their supervision.

We all have bad days, were human, but you're feelings and negative attitude should never be pushed onto other employees and especially not the customers. I stood at the counter with absolutely zero vocal or visual acknowledgment from Tonya as she moved boxes and items around in her area and annoyingly tossing her tape around her area. And no, there was no missing that I was standing there. I waited long enough that I had become uncomfortable holding my boxes and was concerned about being late to my appointment. Tonya finally looked at me and rudely told me to put my box's on the counter with a tone and look on her face that I was an inconvenience to her. In silence, she scanned my two codes, handed me my receipt and turned her back to me with no words. I thanked her and she turned her back to me with no acknowledgement.
