For Amazon returns and paper goods, this store is fine. BUT- do not go there for Passport picture! I went for my Passport picture on Saturday and got the digital version so I could renew my passport online. The US.gov passport site would not accept the photo that was taken. So I returned on Sunday (30miles one way) to have the picture redone. The young man took a new picture. When I tried once again to renew, the site would not accept any of the pictures taken by Staples.....I will return, once again - to get my money back. VERY upsetting,. read more

I needed a new charging cable for my phone and was befuddled by the array of choices, all with super-technical labeling. Then George came along and not only found the right item but tested my cable and plug to determine if both--or only one--needed to be replaced. What a gem! Not only was he knowledgeable, but he wanted to spare me an unnecessary expense. I've always hated Staples for its lack of staff to guide and advise customers. Went to have four placemats laminated. Employee didnt seem to know the product required to do that. Asked if i wanted it done now. Two other coworkers (boos? New Trainee?) Those coworkers seemed uninterested in checking in with her. She was uninterested in asking them any clarifying questions. Further hemming & hawing prompted my question if her shift was over and she was trying to get out of work. "No im trying to get some water." Im being pushed off so an employee can get water. I dont understand the employee dynamic in that department but it was just sad. Left with one laminated placemat. May or may not be done in the correct product. Second placemat ruined in lamination. No charge. No help. No solution. Honestly isn't lamination the easiest thing done in that department? I dont understand how this employee is employed. read more

The worst staples in New Hampshire, I know because I use them all on a weekly basis. I attempted to submit a rush print order and it was not done in time and no one bothered to call and tell me they had no one working in the print department that day. I called the next day for help with my order and after being on hold for 15 minutes an unhelpful man put me on hold for another 10 minutes to find out the answer to my question. I hung up. I am new to the area and I am young but also visually impaired. I went to Staples this am to have some medically sensitive documents scanned. The woman that helped me was not only curt but yelled "I hate this email address!" as she emailed my documents to my medical provider. She also hacked and coughed all over my hardcopes. The fact that she was wearing a mask is the only thing positive about this experience When she returned to the counter, I joked that it may be a complicated address and attempted to review the address with her, to no avail. I then paid for the service provided, said thank you (no response). My doctor never received any of the forms. And now, I have to try to find a way to do this over again. Terrible, shame on you.
