I cannot rate the quality of internet provided by this company because I never experienced it. However, I can rate the quality of customer service and I would give less than 1 star if I could. I requested to begin service and received no follow-up (over 1 week later) as to when I could expect that service to start. I sent 2 emails after my original request, as well as telephoning once. The customer representative I spoke with did not have any information and did not seem knowledgeable about the process. I was told that someone would check on my request and email me about it by the following day. I never received anything. After 4+ weeks of waiting, I emailed them again and canceled. Still got no response. So, if the internet service is as bad as the customer service, then I guess I am glad that it turned out the way it did. read more
