This Fed Ex is a joke. EVERYTHING we order and is supposed to be delivered via FED Ex doesn't get delivered and is always delayed then they call and ask us to come pick it up, which is 40 minutes from our home. If we wanted to drive to pick it up, we wouldn't pay to have it delivered. Lazy employees. Literally the worst. The sad part is we order from Butcher Box and then the meat is bad when we finally receive it. This is the 3rd time this has happened with the meat and will be the last. We'll switch to Moink who delievers via UPS and has a lovely driver who drops stuff off to us. Not sure why UPS can figure out how to deliver packages when FED Ex can't. Terrible store. I had a package overnighted for delivery over a week ago and still waiting for it. it shows it was delivered to this location on time and has now been delayed for mover a week with no explanation and impossible to reach anyone to figure out. super disappointed. They deserve negative stars. It only needs to go about two blocks for delivery from this location. What is the problem? I would pick up if I can get a person to respond or talk to. I'm baffled by all the negative reviews. I come to this location often and not once has there ever been an issue. The location is easy to find (especially if you are follow GPS) and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I think it's important to note if you show up with a bad attitude and energy you're probably getting what you're putting out. This place has lovely people and it's clean and easy to get in and ship your items and get out! read more

Horrible. Package scanned at my facility 2 days ago. "Loaded on a truck" and then next day "loaded on truck" third day and still no packages. Keep getting update that package will be delivered next day. Cannot talk to my local center directly just automation or foreign call center. read more

Can I give Fedex negative stars? Fedex does not know how to deliver in this region. My packages are consistently delivered days late because of "weather delays" when it is gorgeous out! The delay is never on fedex nationally...it is always on a local level. Stop outsourcing your drivers who delay things because they have no understanding of roads/directions in this region. I use FedEx ship centers all across the country for work, and this is by far one of the worst. The workers don't understand the DOT regulations for shipping batteries. When I explained all of the regulations to her, she refused to serve me and told me I would have to go somewhere else. I was able to get the required documents right there and comply with all of the regulations, as I have many times before. She didn't give me the time of day to get the documents or print them out. I went to a different FedEx later that day and explained everything I had in the box and the gentleman there was extremely helpful and double checked the documents, stickers and contents and I was good to go. I will drive an hour out of the way to avoid using this FedEx shipping center another time. read more

Found a note Friday afternoon that the FedEx delivery guy had missed me at home, and that the package could be picked up at this FedEx location after 6pm at Labombard Rd. Even before Covid hit my packages are always late , speak to the representatives and they are scripted. When you finally reach a representative at the Lebanon Distribution they will argue back and not budge a bit to provide any sort of customer service. Spoke to a manager and was told my package would be here on time to and it was delayed within three hours of the conversation, representatives don't listen to the problem and when asked for a refund on the shipping cost they penalize the shipper to perform the refund. The fault was not on the shipper but on FedEx but they take no responsibility. read more

I could see the Tracking info showing my package was on the car two days in a row then brought back to the facility. I watched them pull in and leave. No attempt of communication about my package. I was not a fan of fedex to start but this really takes the cake. So first off this is about a package being delivered through then from an order I placed online. I have never had a shipping company take this long to process a package. My order was moving just fine from the time it shipped through the networks and now that it's in the state it has been sitting in this shipping facility for 4 days! I understand it is the holidays and there is an influx in orders that they are trying to process but I have not had a single order be stuck that long at a shipping facility with ups or Usps. And from what I'm seeing in other reviews I'm not getting a Christmas present on time. read more

Shipment arrived at my local depot yesterday, Friday, ten days late. It was sorted for Monday delivery. I went to the depot today, Saturday. The manager on duty refused to look for the shipment. I dropped off several prelabeled FedEx packages and mistakenly dropped a UPS labeled package with them. I have read that this happens often and either FEDEX does the right thing and gets it to UPS for you because UPS and FEDEX cross paths all the time OR, in my case, the package goes missing and never heard from again. So, I might assume that the FedEx folks are enjoying my UPS package. It's too bad, it's stealing and illegal to open someone else's package. But, it happens unfortunately. I called the location and left messages but nothing. Won't go to this location ever again. I know it's my fault for making the mistake but I dont think others should benefit from my mistakes. Two days ago I received a phone call stating my package would be delivered the next day (yesterday) and it would need a signature. I waited at home all day and it did not arrive. Finally I made a call and was told it was going to be delivered today. Today I had to leave and while I was gone it was delivered but because I was not home a note was left stating they would try again and the package was not left. This was at 11:15am. I stayed home from then onwards and have not seen any Fedex truck. This is 2 days after they told me it would be delivered. I doubt I will ever use Fedex again. The West Lebanon Fed Ex driver(s) are lazy and complete idiots. This is the forth time they just threw my package in a snow bank at the bottom of my drive way. My driveway is fine and I received 8 packages by UPS in the past 2 weeks who drove up my driveway and left packages (in plastic bags) outside my garage door. The last package Fed Ex threw in the snow next to the road cost over $600.00 I'm lucky it was still there when I got home. I'm going to contact Amazon (who usually uses UPS) and let them know that if they intend on shipping my package with Fed EX I will cancel my order. read more

This review is about local delivery of items purchased online- I had 2 packages shipped to arrive on 12/22. They arrived in West Lebanon on 12/22, and were listed as "out for delivery" but then had a "delivery exception, delivery not attempted" due to weather. This again occurred on 12/23. I can appreciate that we had a snowstorm and mixed precipitation. However, the roads were well taken care of, visibility was not a problem, and I live in a downtown area with no significant hills or other driving concerns. We were out both days and roads in towns were absolutely fine, so I fail to see why this was not delivered on 2 days. Furthermore, I was never contacted that my package wasn't being delivered, which would have allowed me to go pick it up- which easily could have been done. Now it is Sunday, and fed ex isn't open on Sundays, and I'm out of options and time and my gift will not be delivered. Horrible service. read more

Fedex left a door tag at 1:40 on Friday and I called in to see if they could swing by and redeliver the two packages. He promised me the driver would be back there before 8pm to deliver... 5:30ish rolled around and I called back to check, the truck was parked for the day. I asked why I was lied to and the resolution person apologized & told me Saturday they would deliver after 1:30pm, my daughter was home a little after 1pm, tag on door with no time or date. I called again with case numbers from the day before and they said the driver had not stopped to deliver yet, even though I gave the door tag number to him...I told him I don't care as long as the packages were being delivered today. About 2:30pm I called to check and got Aaron, the truck was no longer out for delivery, they had come at 10:45am after being promised it would be after 1:30pm...he said to sign the door tag and they would be left, which would be ridiculous with thousands of dollars between the two boxes!!! Aaron just told me delivery will be Monday and tracking says Tuesday by 8pm. I am going to call again, but I believe it won't do any good...I was now told that the note from the prior day did not get to the driver and it will be delivered Monday...Just one lie after another, I will avoid doing business with them again!!! I see there are thousands of complaints against them for lying......fortunately there is the Post Office and UPS!!! read more
