It did not (like a child digging in their heels). At this point, I accepted that my car had entered its "I'm tired and I quit" era. Cue roadside assistance....Alpha Roadside Services and Battery. Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. Thanks to roadside assistance, my car is no longer staging protests, and I can once again go about my day pretending this never happened. This company restored our faith in humanity during an impossible situation with our moving company…read more The owner, Hit, and his crew went out of their way to help us at absolutely zero benefit to themselves. We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being. This level of integrity and honesty is hard to come by, but such a blessing when you find it.

I recently called RoadRunners Roadside for a relatively short tow for my Mini Cooper, and they…read morequoted me $250 over the phone, which I agreed to. Once the tow truck showed up from Kernhr towing, the driver acted very upset and said that he was told he was a Honda Pilot, and that if I wanted him to tow my Mini Cooper, it would be $300(which is ludicrous since a Mini Cooper weighs 2700 lbs, and a Honda Pilot weighs 4700 lbs). When I called RoadRunners back, he admitted to telling the driver it was a Honda Pilot by accident and then mumbled something unintelligible about how the mounting points are different so it costs 50$ more. So I told the driver to get lost and called someone else who charged me $175. I suspect that this is a scam that they run where they point the finger at each other and act upset so that they can extort more money out of a desperate customer. At no point did anyone offer to make things right on their end and charge me the agreed upon price, they just said "its all good man, anything else we can help you with?" Well im writing this review to tell you that it is not in fact "all good". I would give you zero stars if that was an option
