UPDATE****** They called me back and apologized for what happened. They offered to just put the credit through for the 12 dollars and apologized again. This review was originally a 1 star review but I felt appreciative that they called back and were big enough to apologize. It's about the respect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wrong order was brought, driver offered to bring back correct food and credit us back. Spoke with manager on duty who agreed to this. Another order was brought that was also incorrect, however we decided to just let it be since it was 9:30pm at this point and they were crediting us anyway. Next day manager on duty denied offered the credit, put me on the phone with another person who argued with me about whether I was telling the truth or not about the credit I was promised by the driver and the manager. It's fantastic that they deliver and all but I recently called to place an order for delivery and the gentleman that answered the phone was particularly rude to me. I had the menu up in front of me on my computer and as I was ordering I was looking right at it and he was telling me that I was incorrect about a few things (ever heard of good costumer service--the costumer is always right?). Despite the fact that I order this particular item all of the time and know how it comes, I don't think he understood me considering he had a rather heavy accent and started to get frustrated the longer we were on the phone. When I then cancelled my order he hung up on me! I was shocked. This was a very disappointing experience for me, I love the food here, but because of the poor customer service I will probably not be back. read more

I moved to the area about a month ago trying all the pizza places in the area, in search for the best one. I stopped searching after I had Central Pizza. They have the perfect balance of sauce, cheese and crust! The staff is very nice and helpful over the phone. I had preordered 4 pizzas earlier in the day for my Super Bowl party and the pizzas arrived hot, fresh and at the exact time I had requested. I highly recommend this place! read more

The food is great here but the service is horrendous. They nickel and dime you for every little thing then forget half of the order. By now I'm probably out $25 in items they never delivered, and when you call to let them know they get very defensive. read more

Amazing Calzone, Sub and Fries. Calzone had the right amount of filling and cheese with a thick, bread like crust. The chicken parm sub was also on point with just the right amount of sauce (usually I find places use too much). Finally the fries.... I don't usually praise fries but these are a rare exception; crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. By far the best pizza place in the past 5 years. read more

This is my favorite pizza place! I drive from Milford to Franklin just to pick up dinner. When I was living in Franklin, the delivery service was great, they are always very quick. The pizza is good but consistently when we order the chicken Caesar salad gluten free they don't understand what that means so we have to go back every time to get new salads. The salad is good but we have people with celiacs... at first glance the croutons look like chicken so who picks it up when we order can't always tell. At this point you would think the manager (who we speak to every time) would inform the girl at the register what "gluten free" means or listen when we say gluten free. We love Central Pizza'a pizza and subs. Their cheese blend is delicious and has a nice texture, the crust is crispy without being doughy. Goes great with their Greek salad. We've lived in Franklin since 2009, and up until today Central Pizza has always delivered for 4+ years. All of a sudden we're 'too far.' Great pizza, but not only can the owners barely speak English, they're rude and don't respect long time customers, good riddance. read more

I'm a football coach so I used Central Pizza for an order of 35 family pizzas for my team after the game. I worked with Joe and it was a great experience. All of our pizza arrived on time at the stadium, hot, exactly how we ordered it, and delicious. Every kid I have commented on how good the pizza was (and a lot of these kids are from New York City). Not only was it delicious, but it was HUGE. Granted, we ordered the family size pizzas (after all, these are college football players), but very rarely do my kids actually get FULL without us going to a buffet. If we could have this after every game, I know we would, but sadly we only play Dean at their place every other year. But every time we do, I know exactly where I will go for my post game meals. So if you have to feed a hungry team of 80 kids, a hungry family of four, just yourself, or everything in between, I would highly suggest you give Central Pizza a try. It's well worth it, believe me. I had the extra cheese and it was a great balance of cheese, sauce, and dough. The sauce is really very good, the cheese does not taste like over processed oil based junk, and the crust is the perfect amount of chewy and crispy. Honestly, I don't always have high expectations when I order a huge order of pizzas, but this would have exceeded my expectations even if I had ordered just one pizza for myself. I'm pretty sure everything on their menu is frozen food you can clearly tell. food use to be ok but since its changed owners its gone down in quality. I even tried some of the new mac and cheese bites disgusting. I dont know if they are trying to compete with mac deli or what but bad choice try making some food fresh! read more

I have always had a good experience but last night I got a really bad delivery . not sure what was going on but it took along time. and the delivery man had to come back with our drinks AND 1 of the drinks were wrong, french fries were cold and nasty. delivery man was nice but I am surprised that I didn't get an apology when I had called to check on the delay. read more

I decided to go to Central Pizza for the Annie Sullivan school fundraiser and it was an experience, to put it mildly. As I arrived, I was greeted with a line that took me ten minutes to reach the counter. The person working the orders gave me an estimate of ten minutes. 30 minutes later I walked up asking for our food. The pizza was done and had been getting as cold as the arctic, while I waited for the rest of the food (my order was 1 large pizza, a panini, a wrap, and a side of fries). After an HOUR I walked out with our decent enough food thoroughly fed up. Severely understaffed and a ridiculous wait time that was definitely not worth the trip. Maybe on a light night, you might have a different experience, but certainly not when it is full. read more

Great food, friendly staff. Only reason at all I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that several times when we have had pizza delivered it has come cool enough that we have to warm it up before eating it. I don't mind waiting for my food...they are good and that makes them busy.,..but I want it to arrive hot (or at least warm enough to eat). But everything we have had here is very good. They have up\graded their phone service in the last year and it makes the experience even better. read more

Amazing place for pizza and subs alike. When I first came in, all of the staff were nice and patient. They also have some of the best fries around! I also enjoy the fact that they are up front with you for everything. The only downfall I've seen is with the subs. They add a bit too much lettuce.
