Came into this chain for the first time. Restaurant was clean and bright. Clerk at counter was welcoming and friendly. I explained i hadn't been there b4. She said take your time. I looked at the menu it seemed a bit pricey but it was a treat for me. I ordered a steak bomb no mushrooms. It ended up being $9.08 i was a bit shocked. Then it only came in 1 size. Surprised at that. When it came out it was the size of a small sub WOW stunned but took it anyways as i already paid for it. When i got to the house i was housesitting at i unwrapped the sandwich to find in very moist and greasy. I bit into it and the vegetables were still crunchy, the steak was chunky or shredded, tough. Hard to eat. I remember asking the clerk what type of bread they had. She said it was like potato roll. I knew it would be hard for me to eat i told her. She suggested a wrap. So that's what i got. However the wrap was tough chewing and very wet and soggy. So all in all it was not a good first experience here. I might go 1 more time cause i signed up for points and i get a free pizza hopefully that will be better but not sure. Keeping fingers crossed. read more

Piezoni's deserves a positive review as the best pizza in Franklin. The sauce is great - not sweet, not sour - the good fresh tomato taste comes through. Dough is good too - it's a stretchy consistency unlike most of the dry and likely pre-baked shells most places in Franklin use. Toppings are also great. Pizzas always seem to be consistent. After years of terrible Franklin pizza, Piezoni's finally made me look forward to pizza again. Please keep up the good work making a delicious pizza! My order: Large Cheese Pizza Piezoni's recently opened up in downtown Franklin, so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered two large cheese pizzas and was surprised when I picked it up and found myself holding two rectangular boxes, instead of the traditional square box. Inside were two sheet pizzas, each about a foot and a half wide and a foot in length. *If you are looking for a classic, circular pizza, I recommend getting the small.* Overall, the pizza was pretty good. The pieces on the edge were the perfect amount of crispiness, while the middle pieces were a bit floppy and doughy. Both the cheese and sauce were tasty, and reminded me of good party pizzas I have had in the past. Overall, I enjoyed the pizza and would recommend that others try it out. read more

Just received my first and last delivery order from Piezoni's in Franklin. I ordered a large crispy half meat lovers with linguica which from what I can see is not on there and half cheese. The pizza was not crispy I understand with delivery and all the toppings on it it might not be very crispy but that's why I ordered it that way and the cheese side was not crispy either. It's just abnormally soggy especially in the center I'm bummed because I used to like ordering from them but will try another place in town. read more

If they are closed for business, that can't be found anywhere and they certainly don't have a recording stating they are closed and nothing on their Facebook page or in a google search. What is it with this area Franklin/Norfolk/Wrentham and Pizza? I have lived here two years and not found one place that can make decent pizza including this place. Ordered a large Cheese and a Meatball Parm Pizzas and both tasted mediocre and the cheese was awful. The sauce was nasty and cheese barely melted. So we have ordered take out, eaten there and had delivery about 3 times. I have to say it has been consistent every time. The food is so fresh. I have ordered the grilled buffalo chicken salad the veggies are cut small and are so crisp and fresh same with the piezoni's salad so good. The pizza is awesome. I love the grilled chicken and broccoli pizza, I would like more broccoli, I haven't asked not sure if it costs extra. The italian sub is awesome, again so fresh and the bread is so soft. My kids love the pizza as well, the sauce is delicious and the crust is thin and crispy. I love dipping the crust in ranch, not very healthy but oh so good. I love the big rectangle pizzas it feed the whole family. The staff is young but they are always polite and have a smile. We have ordered from this place a good 5 or 6 times and we have never had any issue. It's our go to pizza and sub place now. read more

What a pleasant surprise. Not a fan of chain places but we had a coupon so why not right? I gotta say it was pretty good. We ordered a regular large pepperoni and it was cooked perfectly, the cheese just starting to brown and the crust not too crisp. I hate squishy under done pies. Ordered for the family. Food was good (pizza, calzone, breadsticks). Calzone was buffalo chicken with explicit instructions to have blue cheese on the side which we paid extra for. Order arrived, arrived, after delivery guy left, we noticed no blue cheese! Called the store, woman who answered was very nice, needed to speak to manager. Woman called back, she spoke to the manager and said they can't credit the calzone even though we won't eat it, but they will credit the blue cheese. I asked "If you were the customer, does this seem fair?" She said "No". Attention Piezoni Management: If even your employees realize what common customer service means, maybe you should take a lesson. Awful place! Have gone 3 times now and been treated disrespectfully every time. Once got a sandwich that was not toasted and they put one slice of meat and waited over 30 minutes when no other orders were there. Tonight I placed an order online at 606 and they said about 20 minutes. When we showed up at 635 they still hadn't even started our order. Then when we asked about it they said sorry the printer was broken yet they already had a credit card slip. There was no apology no offering any money back, nothing. They were ignorant and very disrespectful about it and we should not have to wait 50 minutes for 2 pizzas because you forgot to do the order! read more

Let me start by saying the food is great, no exaggeration we were ordering food here twice a week. The issue we have is the service. Three weeks ago we requested a delivery. We were told 40 minutes. After 70 minutes we called to check on our order we were told it was on the way. We called two more times, every time told it is on the way. Over 2 hours later our cold pizza came. This was the second time this happened to us. Tried talking to owner Sheila about the issue. She gets very angry and frankly very rude. We tried again tonight to have a delivery same exact thing happened we actually cancelled the order after waiting almost 2 hours. Again tried to ask Sheila why this kept happening. She basically told me too bad and hung up on me. I normally wouldn't write something like this, but Sheila was so awful to me on the phone, again I felt like someone needs to call her out on her behavior.
