The food was great. The cauliflower I thought was shrimp lol, was great. The service was amazing. It was very casual.

Live music - jazz jam on a Tuesday

Stopped in for live jazz jam music on a Tuesday evening in December. $5 cover. Food service to table but you have to go to the bar for drinks. We only had drinks. The musical group was really jamming and the crowd loved it. Come try it sometime.

Chicken finger me that includes fries, celery, and blue cheese (or ranch). I got flavors garlic Parmesan/lemon pepper.

This is my go to lunch spot with co-workers. I usually get wings but I love my chicken finger selection I do. Service is always good and I love the atmosphere.

It's like the T.V how "Cheers," except nobody knew my name when I walked through the door..ANYWAY, I felt so welcomed by the bar tenders and the crowd alike because everyone had smiles on their faces. Everyone just looked happy to be here, seriously, this place is a "mood." "CPG" is the quintessential neighborhood bar that seems like it has its steady stream of regulars as I noticed many people greet each other as more and more people entered the bar. Toward the back of the place there is a cozy stage area where a live band was playing with ample seating...there was also seating near the front of the bar if you cared not to be so up close to the band. Food? I had a combo of bbq and medium wings (both charred on the grill for 1.00 more) and yes it was worth it. The wings were cooked to perfection and lightly saused...they had other typical bar food like burgers, fish fry and fried ravioli..all looked good! Good beer selection too! This was my first time here and it wont be my last..

Cajun on right, gold BBQ on left (with a little hot mixed in for a bite). Great wings in hidden bar food gem.

I am not a fan of caramel or peanut butter sauce, so asked for these two items to be excluded. I do not know what other cookie flavor choices there are; I just picked chocolate! It was nicely packed up, with the ice cream in a separate container from the warm cookie. Both made it back to my house, the ice cream still solid and the cookie still warm. It is a wonderful treat. I think it might be difficult to order this after eating wings or a pizza or even a salad first, but as a separate treat, quite nice!

It was a bit busy (30-40 min wait for dining area), but there were a few tables off to the right of the bar where you could seat yourself. Luckily, one opened up right as we walked in. When seated at these tables, you have to order at the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the nuggiez -- the sauce cooled the boneless bites down a little, but the flavor was still great. I loved all the sauces we tried (saucy hot cajun, medium, and garlic parm). The wings were perfectly crisp, and the steak pizza had a ton of flavor. Definitely a heavier meal, but if you're bringing someone from out of town who wants great wings, this is a spot worth taking them to.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at this Spanish restaurant…read more The ambiance was perfect for me--soft lighting, just the right amount of music, and a touch of romance permeated the air. Here, people could converse naturally, and time seemed to slow down. The food was exceptionally well-cooked. Classic Spanish dishes were prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients, distinct layers of flavor, and rich complexity. Paired with a glass of red wine, it felt less like a dinner and more like a savorable experience. The service was warm and attentive, yet perfectly balanced, without making me feel intrusive, which I always appreciate. If I had to nitpick, a few dishes didn't quite impress me, but overall, the restaurant's atmosphere and the experience made up for it. I'll definitely bring my friends here next time! LOL

I'm giving them 3 stars to be generous. The drinks were pretty good but expensive. The service was…read morepoor, understaffed and slow. The owner was socializing instead of helping his staff out. Worst of all was the food. They don't have a proper kitchen, they are literally cooking food on hot plates behind the bar. I was shocked and unsure how they could possibly have passed any inspection or get a permit. The refrigeration and freezer is across the room so the staff has to continually go across the room to get ingredients for drinks and food. There was a power strip swinging from the bar to provide power for decorative lights. It seemed like an accident waiting to happen. The food quality was terrible. Soggy pizza, soft flavorless pasta but again they don't have a proper cooking area. They need to either stop selling food or build a real kitchen with proper refrigeration and that the customers can't see into.

Her bass player is amazing! He sounds like Brad Paisley! I have no musical talent so it really moved me how well he played the bass. The other artists played well too! The venue is fantastic. It was my first time here. Sportsman's Tavern bought the venue three or four years ago. It isn't a dive bar like Sportsman's Tavern though. It's much more intimate. It's classier too. I liked the way they had the tables set up. I loved the stage area too. There is a small bar area where you can order drinks. There was also a waitress coming around asking if we wanted drinks or food. They have a small menu, and the food sounded good, but I wasn't hungry. You can park on the street or in their small parking lot, which holds about 25/30 spots. You'll enter the venue via a dark door near the front parking spot. There is much more room inside, than how it looks from their lot. The lot was a bit hard to find. I ended up driving around the block and then I noticed it. I'd love to come back here and see another concert soon!

Best to get there early! - at 7:45, most tables were taken. By 8:30 the crowd was packed at the bar and there almost wasn't enough room to even stand (maybe it's not normally that busy?) - bathrooms were clean and spacious - staff were all friendly - i recommend buying your ticket online ahead of time. I had to go early to buy one at the door (when I called at 7, they said they expected it to sell out before 8) - it looks a little odd from the outside, but The Cave is definitely a cool spot to stop at if you like live music!
