The owner, Dan Hoehnen, answered my call, talked with me about my system, and said he would come out that same afternoon and take care of it. Which he did, for about 1.5 hours he skillfully integrated a Roku stick into my mini-network which consists of an 11 year old plasma TV, a DVR, Spectrum cable box, a 11 year old DVD player all controlled by an 11 year old Bose Life Style sound system. Others had failed at this integration task, but Dan knew exactly what had to be done. He explained every step as he worked so that when he was finished I had full Roku capability on my system. He also explained how I should access and use the new feature, even helping me to document every step in the process. To top it off, he invited me to call him anytime I have a problem or a question. I witnessed more than one person struggle to have a decent interaction with her. You'll have to be very assertive and up front when dealing with her. Not rude but extremely forward to get what you need. Management (they hire on the talent) isn't much better. Again, I'm sure they're good at securing gigs but they need to work on hospitality and being personable. It is a dying element with many companies now and it is important. There is no reason to make potential clients and/or talent feel inferior. Humility and human touch is the downfall of this business. Never again.

It wasn't until i threatened them that I am also recording the call and that I will be writing a review that she had to give one more option before finally getting to the cancellation. I would never buy this product again. Not even because it wasn't a good product. The customer service is total shit! Do not waist your time with a company that doesn't value loyal customers!
