About a month after having the roof replaced by Roof Revivers, we encountered an issue that was caused by the existing gutters. We probably should have replaced the gutters in addition to the roof, but did not consider it a priority. Reed and his team were genuinely responsive and ready to back the warranty. Overall, Roof Revivers did a solid job. I wasn't planning to have any immediate follow-up but Ohio weather being what it is, problems can crop up. I'm just happy we chose Roof Revivers and we sincerely appreciate the support and follow-through they've provided. Highly recommend -- not just for the workmanship, but also the relationship. Not only was her extremely professional and accommodating, but he came in at a fraction of the cost than the company affiliated with our inspection company did to do the repairs!
