I requested Brian look at my house in preparation for an upcoming sale next year. I also wanted him to check the stability because I was told a termite infestation has made the house unsafe. Brian tells me the house is safe and stable but when I asked for a report on three different occasions he failed to give me one. So I got 30 minutes of his time for $400 but no proof of his professional opinion to show anyone. I would not use Brian again. read more
