When "hire a structural engineer" was brought up as a possible solution I panicked because we had already spent way more than we planned on our remodel that I didn't think we could afford to hire anyone. I requested Brian look at my house in preparation for an upcoming sale next year. I also wanted him to check the stability because I was told a termite infestation has made the house unsafe. Brian tells me the house is safe and stable but when I asked for a report on three different occasions he failed to give me one. So I got 30 minutes of his time for $400 but no proof of his professional opinion to show anyone. I would not use Brian again. read more
