Ryanne has helped two of our children with speech therapy in very different phases of development…read moreand the world. She worked with our son in person during peak pandemic years (masked up social distance life) and helped him with huge breakthroughs in his 5 year old consonant delays. We knew exactly who to contact when we realized our 6 year old daughter's "r's" weren't quite coming in yet (and Ryanne years before had shared with us that r's should naturally develop around age 5) Now that we live an ocean away from her, our consult and care for our daughter the last 2 months has all been via ZOOM, but honestly the care and progress with our daughter has been even more streamlined and accelerated through Ryanne's professional guidance and plan. Visits have been once a week for 30 min via zoom and our daughter LOVES them. It's been beautiful to see how Ryanne's ability to connect and bond with our kid via a screen is just as genuine as when she was in person working with our son. They chat for a few minutes, do some focused practice with various "R" sounds in different positions in words, then our daughter's favorite part: some reward games at the end virtually, but still practicing "r's" along the way. Ryanne created a folder with practice sheets that I printed out and we colored and worked on at home. Within a month we could hear our daughter easily finding the "r" sound at the beginning of words, and now two months in we are hearing her find r's within her entire vocabulary. We are so grateful to Ryanne, would recommend her to anyone, and will absolutely reach out to her if our third kid shows any potential need for speech therapy along the way.

As a child development specialist, it is obvious how much of an expertise Ryanne is in this field…read moreas a speech language pathologist. Ryanne can quickly assess a child and spot unusual speech patterns where there are sounds that need support and/or where a child needs help with pragmatic conversation. My relationship with Ryanne began as a partnership in my preschool. Ryanne provided us with speech screenings and then provided speech services to the families who needed it. She came on-site (a rare find to have!) so parents did not have to drive to a clinic during work hours every week (or to a child's home). A huge advantage of this is that Ryanne was able to work with the teachers on how to improve a child's speech while they were in our program. You can imagine how much quicker the growth is in speech development with a united team working with your child. Ryanne also understands that building a true bond with a child is essential to teaching, which I got to see firsthand when my own 6-year-old child needed support. Within minutes of talking him, Ryanne quickly realized his love of Pokemon. And she was able to explain to him in Pokemon terms what was going on with his speech in a way that he completely understood. In much better phrasing, she basically explained to him that his "s" sounds were in the current stage but we needed to get his "s" sounds to the next evolution so that we can take over current "s" sound to improve it. It completely turned things around for us at home when we were working on the sounds with him. And within the first couple sessions, we quickly saw our son self correcting his speech and Ryanne was so great about guiding me as a parent through it all. I also think there is a fear among parents that speech therapy will be a longterm situation and a misconception that speech therapists want to keep your children in speech. I did not experience this at all with Ryanne. When a child was ready to "graduate," she celebrated this growth. She is professional, amazing with children, and so skilled at what she does. I highly recommend her services!

You will not regret it…read more Lindsey at the front desk greets you with the most welcoming smiles (and is the best when it comes to rescheduling and trying to fit you in last minute - shout out to all the times you were able to find me appointments to fit my schedule!) and Codie Conching is the friendliest, highly trained physical therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When my doctor originally referred me to PT, it was not to this office (the original referral took months to call me to schedule an intake appt). After no response to me or my doctor, she referred me to Atta Rehab. Within the day my intake appt was scheduled with Codie. I came into the office one year post foot surgery, with limited mobility in my toes and an abnormal-to-me walking gait. As someone who loves being active, this past year was rough on my body and soul trying to navigate new pains and limitations I've never experienced before. I was starting to fear I would never be back to my pre-surgery activity levels, but after 4 months of constant therapy under the attentive care of Codie, I finally have hope again that I can get back to my active pre-surgery self. I am forever grateful Codie took on my unique PT case. It was not a typical surgery, but she handled it with ease. She walked me through each exercise in the office, and we developed home PT plans for me to work on between sessions. Each session she held me accountable for my "homework" and would edit to accommodate improvements and setbacks, steering me towards major gait and mobility improvements. After 4 months of consistent PT, I am blown away by the progress Codie and I were able to make in my recovery. I finally feel freed from my pain and limitations I walked into the office with that first day. Even though it was a slow progression, Codie was my biggest cheerleader to help push me to where I am today. I am constantly recommending her to family and friends who complain to me about various aches and pains, because I know first hand how dedicated and talented she is! And the offices at the practice are very clean & comfortable, adding to an all around 10/10 experience. You can't go wrong at Atta Rehab!

I came across Bayada when my son was first diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum. So of course…read moreI did a deep dive to find out what I can do to best help my son. I was advised by my son's pediatrician, social worker, and other families on the ASD journey to get on as many wait list as possible. This is where Bayada comes in. I called around to many ABA clinics and they all have wait lists. Depending on the hours you're looking into, the wait can be several months to years. Initially I asked to be put on the waitlist for afternoon services but my son's developmental pediatrician had put in a request for all day services, meaning my wait turned out only to be a couple months. Literally like 2 months. He was done with early intervention in July, started Spec Ed preschool in August, and in September we pulled him out of Spec Ed to go to ABA full time. Going to Bayada the first thing I noticed is that office clerks are smiling. For me that always a great sign. Upon doing our intake interview we got to see the clinic, meet the director, and some staff. As a parent, I've learned to trust my instincts. No other ABA clinic has put me at such ease as Bayada. I know that I can easily reach my sons BCBA, RBTs, or anyone of the office staff when the need arises. Another thing, is that the staff genuinely care about your family and your child. Everyday we are greeted with smiles and at the end of the day we are filed in on what his struggles and successes are. It also helps that my son absolutely adores his RBTs and BCBA. I know he's in good hands. Payments wise they do take and bill your insurance first before sending you the bill. We have private insurance and it covers a good portion of his services. They also do automatic weekly payments if that's the kind of thing you like to do. Make sure to check if they accept your insurance. Also some insurances my require a prior authorization before services start. It helps to have all your paperwork from early intervention as well as Doctors visit and the psychologist diagnosis evaluation. Make you sure have copies of everything, as it makes the intake process go smoothly.

When they found out I was leaving the company for another company (pay was way higher) they weren't very nice after that. Put in mind I only told one person and next thing I know they all knew. Some of them even talked down on the company I was transferring to saying "they're not gonna last" blah blah. Overall very unprofessional and they only like you if you do whatever they ask. I know there are pros and cons at every company but why would I do the same type of job for way less AND deal with sassy attitudes.
