I'm not only love this nail salon but I appreciate the owner more than I have words. It's so hard to get customer service anywhere these days even before the pandemic but for whatever services I need at this salon they're always so awesome in the owner just like everyone has problems sometimes I watch how she looks so tired and you can't tell from how perfect she does your nails and your eyes and how patient she is with customers and their bad ass children she's just an awesome person and I wish I could afford to see her more because her business deserves all support from this community especially because she's so awesome!!! and more than patient. Trust me, I'm from NYC... She knows what she's doing, so give her a chance go get your nails done but definitely your eyebrows she'll knock 15 years off of you and like the matter of seconds. Tina is awesome. But especially LEGIT HER CREW IS DOPE TOO. You won't retreat it! also last week I was doing a friend a last minute favor, I already had my nail appointment so I couldn't cancel. I brought my friends daughter who had so many behavioral issues and when I realized she was touching too much I was ready to walk out the door and reschedule and thank God for the owner she is so wonderful and patient she told me not to leave and kids will be kids and she patiently sat there and did my nails in my eyes and my feet though my friends daughter was acting like a wild animal you have family that won't tolerate that from children you have friends who won't tolerate that from children you have doctor's office even where it's pediatricians they will not accept that and here it is this wonderful lady gave me 2 hours of her time and I know I didn't pay her enough and I sure didn't tip her enough all that nonsense thank you so much for being so patient with a lot of people while helping them to feel good about themselves love you Tina! I'm a single father of 3 kids. I've been going to this salon for 3 years since I found out I had diabetes and since so I can't cut my own toe nails! I've always wanted to review Tina's salon, and since I'm on vacation, I decided to do so today and I saw a review that was horrid. I have a son with ADHD and though he's on medication, he can be a handful and because of that I had to take my son on my last visit. Due to his behavior I couldn't find any babysitter so I had to take him with me. Unfortunately he was awful and i wanted to storm out and the owner reminded me that it's not his fault or mine and made me stay. Thank god because I had trouble walking! I wish i could give her ten stars for her patience alone. Keep up the good work, from a loyal customer. P.S To other customers we all have bad days, even the owners. Tina is a f-bitch.she lies about doing your permanent makeupshe tells you that it will never fade. I had my eye liner done eye brows, and lips. And all that cost me was 1000 dolls.she is so mean, unperofessional shes rude as hell, and on top of all that the permanent makeup faded just after a few months,and she would not give me my money back,also when I paid her I was 40.00 short and she called the cops on me,she must be cop happy. im going to turn her into immigration cas I know shes not an American citizen,she has to be here on a green card, she needs to go back to her own country where she can make 2.00 a day. I thank Tina and Christina for getting my nails done. They always do a beautiful job. They take their time to make sure it's perfect. Great customer service and they make u feel like family. I moved here to West Haven like 3 years ago. I been going here since a year ago. Many time I come here with my mom and little sister. They will agree with me. I been in to many nail salons. But this one it's not like others they make u feel comfortable. More over, how Tina apply the acrylic it's not thick and heavy. It's perfect, feels like it's one with my nails. Love them so much! I love this place. I showed them a complicated set and one i haven't seen on their website, they did an amazing job even better than the picture. I was there for hours and had amazing communication with the ladies. They even gave me a discount which I didn't expect. I got my nails done for prom and they did an excellent job so i'm glad i went to them for my nails. I walked in about an hour or two before they closed and i appreciated them finishing my nails even when they closed the store. Will be going again soon !! read more

My sister went here to get rid of her acrylics, but was convinced to get gel polish since it would save her money. I tagged along as well and wanted to try out a manicure for the first time as a guy. This place was recommended to us because the nail techs, specifically Christina, are skilled, kind, and helpful.
