My nails were rushed, cut far shorter than I requested, each nail had varied lengths & shapes and on more than one occasion my skin was actually cut during the service. I left unhappy and frustrated after giving them multiple chances to get it right. It's been my experience that the customer service, consistency, and basic care seem to be lacking here. There are too many good salons out there to waste your time and money on a place that doesn't value its customers.
