My niece is visiting from Brazil and is not familiar with how things work here in the United States. After finishing her eyebrows, the technician asked my niece if she wanted to do her upper lip and other parts of her face as well. My niece, not fully understanding the situation and thinking it might be part of the service, innocently said yes. At the end, when it was time to pay, I was expecting to pay about $32 for two eyebrow services. Instead, my total came to $102. This was very shocking and upsetting. I had clearly stated from the beginning that we only wanted two eyebrow services. It was very clear to me that the technician took advantage of the situation. Because of this experience, I feel extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this place.

The ambiance is lovely staff is friendly. The lady who did my facial was amazing. However I've been getting my lashes done for 4 years, I asked individual lashes in a classic set style. Immediately after we finished she asked me if I liked it (it's after 8pm by this time) I expressed my dislike as the lashes were uneven not seamless and so heavy. She asked me if I can return tomorrow so she can fix it and I just said no because I wanted to cry , I was going to an event that night which is why I went to them. I returned to my regular lash tech a few days later to have them removed which took over an hr and i lost soo many of my natural lashes. But to find out that l was charged $120 for CLUSTERS has me soo disappointed! I added a pic of the lashes after they were removed you can see the amount of glue and the clusters. I believe everyone needs to start somewhere but before you offer a service you haven't perfected you should inform the customers this is not your area of expertise.
