I will be returning every 3 weeks because of how wonderful Malite made me feel about my new clean skin. The organic skincare she recommended to me before my facial, cleared my face in 3 days. She only uses top of the line organic and locally grown products in her facials. She sets such an amazing & clean atmosphere in her spa it's impossible to not fall asleep while she works her magic. She has a special touch and massages your head, neck, shoulders and arms so wonderfully. I've never been more relaxed in my life and it's clear to see Malite has brought a Hawaiian and Californian vibe to her salon. Let me paint a picture. Firstly, I can't express enough how atmosphere influences our experience. Just walking into Alchemy is transformative. You immediately feel softer, lighter and deeply serene. Where do I begin? Malité is an absolute star of a human. I had an appointment to get my lashes tinted and my (very) overgrown eyebrows done. I immediately felt at ease, the space itself is lovely and very soothing. Malité was communicative and knowledgable, and made sure we were on the same page in regards to shaping and what I wanted done. I have no idea what wax she used, but getting my eyebrows done was significantly less painful than it ordinarily is. I now have two eyebrows (instead of one BRAU) again, and eyelashes that require no mascara, satisfying my makeup minimalist self. I signed up for an appointment to have my lashes tinted here. The online booking feature on Alchemy's website is very convenient. I hadn't had my lashes tinted before, and Malité was really great walking me through it. It went by faster and easier than I expected. She's soothing and the whole atmosphere is calming, so if you are looking for a nice place to get your lashes done this is it. I appreciate that her pricing is right there up front on the website and it is very reasonable for the service she provides. The shop is nicely decorated, inviting, and clean. A local gem! read more

I had my first experience at Alchemy Skin Spa on 8/25/16 with Linda Cleary. The spa itself is a cozy little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It is warm and inviting as soon as you step through the door. Linda was professional, warm and made me feel right at home. She performed a custom 75 minute facial and it made my skin glow! It was the most relaxed this momma of a two-year old has been in a LONG time. It was heaven. I had the most wonderful facial last week by Malite at her Spa in CT. She has strong hands and a very gentle touch all the while during my facial. My skin felt years younger. She not only makes your facial skin feel so much better she also massages your scalp, arms, neck and shoulder. I was completely relaxed.
